T.Went for their signature $20.00 blue cod and chips but was too early. Despite my issues at paying $21.50 for an eggs bennie she wasn't prepared to keep driving around so one eggs bennie with bacon, and one with salmon on its way.
Needn't have worried - the meals were substantial for the price, and plenty of bacon and salmon. Good value for money. And the bread was fried - never had an EB with fried bread before but somehow it works.
We beat a rush by a couple of minutes, and food came very promptly. My milkshake was good, still don't know why they're charging $7-8.00 but I guess you'll charge what the market will pay.
Last year's fish meal was great, and so was this. Highly recommended.

D.Really enjoyed the very big breakfast here, the plate was piled high with lots of bacon, lots of sausages big mushroom and a great rosti. My wife struggled with it so I had to help her out. Must say it's the biggest breakfast I've seen in some time and cooked to perfection.
B.BLT was very nice. Fries that came with it after nice and crunchy. Pity they served with tomato sauce rather than the aioli it was supposed to come with. Still a great lunch.
J.Good food and really tall milkshakes. They have a good menu that comes with a great view. You can have something to drink while the kids enjoy the park.
J.Beautiful NZ weather, went down to 180 for some breakfast, nice location, warm atmosphere, Friendly and polite. Overall very good. Hollandaise sauce was a bit buttery but still enjoyed it and they offer Gluten free options.
M.First time visit, but it was the best cooked breakfast my partner and myself had had from any cafe for quite some time, we'll be sure to be back

I.It was a cool drizzly afternoon and this was one of the few cafes open at 4pm. It had good date scones and coffee. The place was plain and functional and fine for a brief stop.
M.Came here on Boxing Day, food and service was excellent. Had fish and chips and pastry from the window. Fish was light and crispy, hot chips and delicious salad. Filo pie was rich and packed with chicken and mushrooms. Was exactly what we were after and didn’t wait too long.
G.Fantastic, just had the freshest most perfectly cooked fish I've ever eaten accompanied by a generously poured wine, sun, and a beautiful sea view. Staff are delightful and between the extensive menu and counter food the range is impressive - and all good!! :)

K.I visit 180 Degrees regularly to get coffee in the mornings. They make the best caramel latte I've ever had, so it's been my go to cafe for a while now! Everyone that works there is lovely, and they all take the time to come say hi to my dog (who loves coming here for the occasional treats!). Highly recommend this great cafe on the beach front :)

My Eggs Benedict and my friend’s Vegetarian Quiche were perfect. Lovely and tasty and perfectly cooked. We sat outside in the sun and enjoyed the captive views of Kapiti Island. We found the staff excellent and the ambience inside was buzzing with customers of varying ages. Would definitely return to try other items on the extensive menu. Having worked in the hospitality industry for many years, this cafe certainly has my support and the prices were justified with the high standard of food available. The coffee was great also.

P.I was not happy with my nachos. The plate was like 180deg hot. The mince topping was blend and I have to wait for the nacho chips to cool down as well they were soo hot. Nice atmosphere and nice to have seating outside as well. The sweet apple pie was nice but i wish they could served with cream or yoghurt. I won't judge on this one nachos so I think of going back to try something else. It's a lovely place to sit and enjoy food.

Y.The place offers ok food but great outside seating. The coffee is mediocre, so get something else to drink. If you want to sip on a cold drink and bask in the sun while looking towards to the water, this is the place to go.

Only downside was that with there being so many people the place was really noisy and it was a hard noise so having a conversation with the person across from me was difficult at times. Would definitely go back though and on a sunny day sit outside instead.

C.There were at least three items in the menu that each of us would have been happy to choose and it was difficult to select just one. I had the liver and my wife the paua and each was cooked perfectly. The fries were crisp on the outside and very hot, perfect! My coffee was also very good and hot. Service was prompt but not hurried and we enjoyed sitting outside in the autumn sun. Cost was $51 for the two of us, a reasonable price for an excellent meal.
We revisited last weekend and I think the coffee was some of the best I've drink.
