This 5 stars are specially for the Indian barista named Harpreet Kaur who works here. I am not a coffee expert but I think she has good skills. I had mochaccino from her for the first time really enjoyed the taste of mochaccino. Milk was also really smooth and was creamy. I went to the mall again and was thinking of trying Starbucks but then recalled my experience of having mochaccino from Harpreet Kaur from Majestic Tea Bar and so ended coming here again and got the mochaccino from her again and 2nd time I had the same experience.

Great place for lunch! My wife is dairy intolerant and ordered an almond milk hot drink, which contained milk chocolate. The waitress was very kind and apologetic and happily replaced it. Good food and good service! Thank you

Nice atmosphere, despite being in the middle of the mall. Great, affordable menu, with a decent amount of options for eating and drinking. An excellent mix of cabinet food and freshly cooked menu items. Always enjoy their dark chocolate mocha, and really enjoy coming back.

Such a nice cafe! Love the food and hot chocolates. The decor creates a nice relaxing atmosphere to eat or have a coffee in,which is just what you need especially in the middle of a shopping mall! And the staff are friendly. Such a unique and fresh cafe,Fairy lights would look so amazing with the decor!

Really great place, service has always been fantastic, best hot chocolate around and really great coffee. Large menu and great cabinet food and option to add side of fries to any cabinet food for $2.50 is a great idea. A really great addition to North City as it really needed a good cafe and now it has one

So I put off going to this place for so long, finally went and they make the best coffee i’ve ever had. Went upstairs today and went to that fancy “Butlers Chocolate” place. Horrible coffee, hate doing it but I asked them to remake me and my partners coffees. They didn’t even use real chocolate in their mochas. 2nd time was horrible again so got a refund, went downstairs back to Majestic and what do you know, perfect again. Thank you

The food was great. The service was friendly. But they lose a star, because I found two chicken bones in my chicken sandwich. They lose another because my wife’s meal came out almost 15 minutes before mine did, so hers was nearly cold by the time mine came.

Friendly service ,unfortunately the Phylo Ham spinach Mushroom thing I ordered was underdone ,too much spinach overpowers the few Mushrooms and rubber like Ham. Coffee is good

I bowled over by thoughtfulness of the young Pakeha lady serving me. She double cupped my large piping hot earl grey tea and put my take away food order into a bag so it was easier to carry with my other shopping

My favourite place to eat at North City. Would recommend the Crepes with Chocolate and Banana and the Corn Fritters. Love coming here.
