Excellent foods and service Best egg Benedict in town Me and my partner been coming here recently every weekend because the place isn’t “discriminate” and for that we like to support them. Everyone is welcomed here. No matter if you vax or unvax. If you have pass, you can dine in; if you dont, you can takeout. As simple as that. I’m vaxed and I hate the whole division thing.

As always, a good vibe. Nice and fresh food in the cabinet. The customers were a good mix of ages. The owner is a character and has great hosting skills. I saw him sitting down at two separate tables chatting to his customers - if that doesn't create loyalty, nothing will.

Amazing experience at Kaos today. Took my three young children for lunch. Was very busy - and so it should be - well worth it! The food was absolutely delicious. Caters for everyone. Definitely want to go back 🥰

Just had lunch arrive 25 minutes before closing and Chef agreed to cook off menu so that was a big plus in their favour. Both meals were really good and filling and coffee meets my tough expectations. Cost $$. Staff pleasant and welcoming.

Really nice food, very good service a bit of a wait for the food but they were super busy and so did well to get it out that quickly. Nice atmosphere with records as wallpaper and little toys as table markers. Highly recommended.

Was slightly disappointed today given the wait of over 30 minutes for lunch even though the cafe wasnt too busy. Also no checking of vaccine passes when coming in which was concerning for me. Food was good once it arrived.

Hot coffee! Cool vibe! Great food! Funky furniture. Even the bathrooms are interesting - but you will have to visit to find out what I mean.....

Discovered this by chance, great old school decor, great music, and awesome coffee.

One of our quicky but very lovely cafes you must look up in Pukekohe. The decor is a mix up of old 50s to 80s retro fab & a must see to take it all in. The food is fresh, locally sourced & made on the premises daily with a regularly changing menu that never tires the taste buds & covers most diet requirements. Dog friendly to so your best mate is welcome with a bowl of water & maybe something can be ordered off the menu too as a special treat. If you are after a bigger meal for lunch/diner there is always the "Inner Sanctuary" of the dining room restaurant which continues the cafes theme of decor & great food there that the whole family can come & enjoy too.The Owners themselves & thier staff are very welcoming & will often stop by for a nice little chat. Its cosy, friendly, great coffee, we absolutely love this great "big" on style but not big on the budget cafe. Go check it out.

Had to give five stars. Very quirky cafe with excellent food and quite good service even when flat out. The brunch was great with the smaller omelette being big enough (how big is the large?). Coffees were very good. Best I’ve had in Pukekohe yet. Love the ironing board tables outside.

I've only ever been on invites twice had coffee and a smoothie loved it. People I went with enjoyed their meals so that's a good sign. I'll definitely visit again, for a meal this time.

Reasonably busy when we went on a Sunday but service was quick. Good strong coffee. Pancake stack seemed to be made from scratch rather than a using pre-mix batter, which is good. They serve rolled ice cream in the cone as well.

Went here today for brunch. The food is fantastic, the atmosphere is great and the staff go above and beyond, super friendly. Will definitely be back with more people and will spread the word, my new favourite cafe!

Very friendly service and delicious meals. The big breakfast was gigantic and super delish!!! My partner had the salmon omelette and that was also huge with a generous serving of salmon throughout it. This was my first time visiting Pukekohe and if you're passing through or even live there this definitely won't disappoint. We didn't have enough room to sample the slices in the cabinet but they were also insanely huge and looked delectable. I would 100% return if passing through again.

Nice little place with great character tucked away on a side street. Didnt plan on coming here it seemed to have found us! Filled up quite quickly which says a lot. Ordered the Big Breakfast which was lovely but also hard to choose from the many scrumptious choices, service was fast & served with a smile by all. Recommend coming here.

This was a fantasic experience for us. The wonderful young woman who served us was welcoming and friendly. She offered us a choice to hand write or scan in with the Covid app. It was so easy. The coffee and Keto brownie were delicious. We will definitely be back, thank you.

Its alright. Good food and nice milkshakes but can be busy sometimes and when busy is a bit of issue. I do like the old records on the walls and ceiling though.

Good coffee friendly service. I ordered open steak sandwich expecting a minute steak and salad. A massive rump steak arrived on top of everything a great sandwich should have plus a mound of hand cut fries. Highly recommend!!

My absolute favorite cafe of all time. So versatile, whether you want a quick lunch. A cosy meal, a social gathering. Work doo. Mothers day brunch or whatever it's perfect for all. The food is impeccable and the owners and staff are lovely. Pretty funny too. They are not afraid to interact with the customers on human level. Basically the second you walk in you are treated like you belong. It's wonderful. I strongly recommend at least one visit.

Food is excellent! Coffee is garbage! I go here a lot and the food is great but I have never had a good coffee here. I now have my breakfast here then walk elsewhere to get a decent coffee. This is annoying because it's a problem that can easily be fixed but no problem can be fixed if the owner thinks there is not a problem to begin with. Still a Robusta blend with poor preparation is never going to yield a good cuppa. Hot chocolates suck too.

We have been to kaos quite often and the food is usually great however the last few times we've had the wedges with salsa we have been disappointed. Not like they used to be. Didn't really enjoy them today just had tomato salsa on top not what we used to get

Awesome colourful little cafe with a projector movie room in the back! Very accomodating helping make the vege nachos vegan and gluten free! Friendly staff! Highly recommend

Great coffee and fantastic food. Walls lined with old album covers appeal to me, along with the retro fit out of the cafe. I also love the friendly staff, and the album covers lining the bathroom wall give you the 'I'm not alone feeling' ;)

This a very tasty coffee restaurant, charges a very reasonable price for great meal. We had beef burger and omelette, both were delicious. They have special decorations, lots of parkings surrounding. We love it, will come back again.

Nice little place in Pukekohe, quite grungy/retro, was one of the original cafes, but more seem to have sprung up over the last year or two. Good cafe food, always seems busy and decent amount of outdoor seating. Service is quick, although a few times my order has been stuffed up or forgotten an item.

One of our favourite destinations. Tried out ther new burger menu. Very tasty, but do not attempt the Crowded House burger unless you are literally so hungry you could eat a horse! A mammoth of a meal, I ain't eating again for 3 days! Elton is the ultimate host as always. Thanks for having us again!

Beautiful wee spot, stopped for a coffee and ended up ordering the mushrooms after seeing how good they looked on someone else's plate. They didn't dissapoint either! Yooommmmmm! Decor was fun and inviting, my wife enjoyed the ELO music while sipping her flat white. Staff were friendly and welcoming.

Kaos has the WOW factor for us. We ordered the big breakfast..and..it was BIG. You'll walk away totally satisfied. Coffee was great..great customer service and food was amazing..quick and beautifully presented..its a thumbs up!! We'll be back..

Fun and funky local atmosphere with dozens of old vinyl album covers decorating the walls. The cabinet food is fresh and yummy; the poached eggs are expertly prepared; and the staff is friendly. Elton is the Prime Shazam in my book!! 💖

If you’ve set the right expectations this place is ace. Great food - decent portions, quality coffee, and next level banter. It’s our go to for hangovers, coffee with the kids, or mid walk with the dog.

Reasonable menu and trendy 1950s atmosphere. Small tables and rather crowded on this occasion. More cabinet food would have been appreciated.

We love this quirky café. It's has a fun and funky atmosphere and great décor. Bet you find it hard not to bring back memories. The owner, Elton is quite a character himself, and will often sit down and chat with you, so sit back, enjoy the food and coffee, and relax. It gets very busy during the weekend

All the looks of a hipster spot without the execution. I do like the atmosphere and the food and coffee is not bad, it just isn't quite at the level it needs to be. This could be be the typical 'kiwi'ing of the cuisine which is typical so it might not be all their choice. The locals want what the locals want.

Easily one of the best cafes I have been too. Run by real people and not by numbers on a pay roll. Very eccentric and unique place. Great food and great atmosphere.

We had a late snack. We have been there before,but this time I felt the place was a tad run down. We were overcharged by $35.00. I contacted the cafe and gave evidence that there had been a money mistake. I finally got $35.00 deposited into my bank account after a few weeks. Will we go back.?...Don't think so.

Went in for the first time with a friend and found the place to be cozy. You know you are in for a treat when your order place holder is a toy lizard. The coffee was very good and the staff were great.

Fabulous cafe in Pukekohe with an awesome atmosphere. The record sleeves on the ceiling and walls brought back many memories. Loved the paintings on the wall too.The cheese and chutney scone I had was delicious too
