I got the big breakfast and the mushrooms were bone dry and I dont even know how you can make them that dry and how that's even possible same goes with the sausage. But other then that it was nice. Service was good had a mocha that was delicious when they said "large" they meant LARGE.

I felt the food had gone downhill. My panini could hardly be called toasted and was soggy. My muffin sbould not have been warmed up, it ruined the icing. Will try somewhere else next time there are soooo many other options in Puke.

TOTALLY recommend the chicken & Cranberry panini!!! It's DELISH... I had a Pineapple and Coconut muffin too... It was OK... I LOVE that you can tell them on your lunch break so they can do your order faster... Friendly staff...

Very good coffee. Food was fine. Just bought from counter so typical chain brand standard offering. Staff were fine but whoever is managing this place needs to take a serious look at staffing levels. Only 3 staff on and every table covered with uncleared dishes. None cleared while I waited for my order and ate, which was quite a long time all up. I felt sorry for the staff as they were obviously unable to cope and it wasn’t particularly busy. I would have given 4 stars if not for this issue.

Its amazing what you can do when you get rid of one horrible front of counter person. Seriously the service is so much better and I've been back twice now because it feels so much better to be treated like your a customer rather than a burden. Great turn around team. Also.. great work on the scones lol
