L.Been here before and the meals took ages to arrive. This time I was impressed - only took 10 mins for the breakfast to arrive. Drinks arrived straight away which was great. Waiter checked we enjoyed the meals.
I will come back again.
S.Got to love the menu at Coffee Club. All the meals are so good from the salads to Burgers and breakfast...everything! Recommend the White Hot Chocolate. Some nice outdoor seating and quick friendly service.

A.Nice coffee and food took about 35mins to get the food but was only half full of people. It was a stat so maybe short on staff works still go back though.
T.I stopped in for a late lunch with mum who was visiting around 3pm on Sat 31/7 & it was no problem to serve us both. Note, they close at 4pm. Mum had an Angus Burger w/chips & I had smashed Avo, Cheese & Chicken on a lightly toasted Ciabatta roll w/ chips. The chips were superb, nice & hot. Unfortunately I can't give this visit a 5 star rating due to my Ciabatta bun wasn't toasted long enough to count it being even toasted! It was still as if it had been taken out of its package & waved under the griller! It was not pleasant that in between toasted & not toasted form. Also mums bun on her burger wasn't toasted at all after it was enquired about & requested to be done. We ordered a pot of Chamomile Tea for two. It arrived in a single serve Teapot & we just barely got two cups of Tea out of this pot with certainly no extras. When commented about this & our order was for Two, the waitress that served us just smile & walked away without comment. The whole service, food portions , quality & atmosphere of The Coffee Shop has certainly changed under this new ownership. In the three occasions I've have been over there in last month, at different times of day & days of week, it is not the busy hum of activity that use to be thriving at this cafe. It is a real shame as it big, well planned out for a disabled persons like myself to move around comfortably, dog friendly with water bowls that can be filled on request outside under the umbrella seating & has good assess for any wheelchair disabilities. Lastly the food was excellant & service great even when run off their feet the girls there always smiled & exchanged pleasant greetings. So I say to its current owner, if you want to increase your customer bum's on seats, improve your service, don't cut corners on your food quality & encourage your staff to smile & engage with your customers (& not just about their orders to!)

S.Not bad for coffee club. Lovely attentive staff at this branch. Unfortunately the coffee club menu is just not very good. My husband ordered the chicken burger which was dry and was is desperate need of some fresh tomato. My mushroom eggs benedict had no flavour and the mushrooms were extremely dry. Eggs cooked perfectly though. I would say the menu is overpriced for the quality of the food. Drinks and cabinet food are fine.

T.I go here somewhat regularly, I love the outdoor seating area. The only hiccup would be that on busy days they've occasionally messed up my order but the staff are very friendly and the coffee is great :)

T.Nice coffee. The portion of seafood basket is small and does not come with the sauce. The tea pot served to me was cracked at the top and had lots of tea stain.
B.I had excellent and tasty chips with bacon and cheese.
They confused one of our drink orders, maybe because I said they could use the same table number on our groups separate orders, BUT they were very apologetic, quickly made us our correct order and DIDN'T try charge us for the extra drink, which I've had some sneaky places try and do.
E.We came here for lunch on the weekend. They were quite busy but once ordered our food came out reasonably quickly and looked good. The portion sizes of the rosti were alittle on the small side but were very tasty. Everyone was happy with what they got and the coffee was good enough. One thing they do need to do is to serve hot food on hot plates, it was a cold day and the food went cold very quickly because of this!
M.I tell everyone about The Coffee Club! The food is great but the owner and his wife are 2 lovely people, they make you feel at home and are always smiling. Great job we need more people like you

K.Turkish delight hot chocolate is a winner in my book. Lots of yummy looking cakes and desserts too. Did not eat a proper meal on this visit, but lots to chose from.
The place is nice and clean and tidy. Although there was a couple of used cups on one table for quite a while.
We shall return again.

j.We are regulars here, good friendly service and nice food and coffee. The VIP cards are good value. I was not a fan of the Potato Rosti, after trying it today. Very disappointed. It would be nice with a soft rosti, not rock hard.
