Really looked forward to coming here, as I saw the great reviews on Google. The bagel was surprisingly soft and didn't make us feel too full (which was great!). Delicious and well made. Donuts were lovely as well - not too sweet and very soft. Beautifully presented. Pricey though for donuts! Lots of people when we went for brunch, but still managed to get a table. Not very environmentally friendly as the syringes could only be used once and felt like a waste!

This place is amazing! I try to go there everytime I go to Queenstown. The donuts are delicious, soft and oozing with filling!! They are at a new location on Shotover Street. We had Jam, Nutella, cookies and cream and peanut butter and jelly...yum🙂🙂🙂

Great spot with awesome food, menu is jam packed with choice so may take a while - the team are patient with this too. Something for everyone here! They made a "custom", simple bagel for my wife and I had the Chicken Pesto #23 (pictured), and we also got some donuts for the rest of the family (pictured, they were delicious).

Great range of donuts, shakes and bagels! Had the Mars donut which was delicious and quite rich. They have a nice variety of donuts from standard glazed to specialty donuts. Lots of tables if you want to dine in or you can takeaway. Donut prices ranged from $4-$8 which is very reasonable and makes it a good post dinner dessert option.

Bloody delicious, I’d take the lot if I could. Great options for all times of day and although I have yet to try the burger bagel I will be returning for one. The chicken cranberry and Brie hot bagel was a beauty and followed by some lunchtime desert in the form of a vanilla glazed doughnut. Perfect. Highly highly recommend.

Good range of donuts and bagels with lots of creative tastes. Bagels were decent, donuts are more than decent. Prices are pretty reasonable but you will probably want two bagels for a full meal.

Incredible assortments of bagels. Fresh and delicious. So many different kinds, from the basic to the extravagant. My personal favorite, the burgle (burger bagel) is to die for. The staff are so friendly and so kind. They all seem so happy to be working here. It was all around, such a pleasant experience. Highly rate. 10+ stars.

He tino REKA!!!!! Sooooo yummmmy ... I had the Salmon Benny's Bagel and it definitely hit the spot for me. My only disappointment is that I don't live in Queenstown and therefore couldn't try more. Definitely a MUST-eat at! And whoever was in charge of their playlist the morning we visited - daaaaang, never knew Queenstown jammed to the old skool RnB/Soul vibe.... mean kai + mean jamz = Not enough starts to rate!

Bagel sandwiches here are absolutely delicious and you're spoiled for choice on what to have. I was recommended the rosemary bagel and it was absolutely delightful. I had #25 on the menu - smoked salmon and it was so good! I'm not one for capers but how it complemented everything else in the sandwich was amazing!! Bought #1 for a colleague and he thought it was amazing too. Might try that one myself next time! Or even get a dessert one!

I wish I discovered this cafe earlier in the trip. The donuts were amazing. I’d put them in my top 5 in the world (and I’ve had a lot of donuts)! There are a lot of flavours to choose from. I had the one with Nutella and it was quite delicious.

To be honest, I love this place. The reason why is because the service is amazing, The donuts were SO good, and there were so many variations of donuts. I loved the powdered Oreo donut the best because they had Oreo filling with crums. My brother took the burger donut for some reason; but it still tasted good. Overall this restaurant is 5 stars.

What an amazing little place for breakfast for dessert. We have a bacon and egg bagel with a coffee for breakfast and was full for the rest of the day! Can’t wait to visit again for one of the amazing donuts on our trip!

I had the Korean chicken burger, flat white and parmesan truffle chips. My gf had the salmon Benedict and it was all 100% to our tastes. Crispy but fluffy chips, perfectly cooked chicken with a super soft bun and the coffee wasnt too bitter and wasnt too milky so spot on. The only downside is that I have a beard so I wouldn't be able to eat one of the large donuts without a knife and fork and lots of wet wipes. We will be back!!

Stopped by here when we were informed of the injectable donuts in town. Stopped by and was not disappointed. The options for flavours was enormous and I didn't notice they also did freakshakes until we left. What was good was that they do takeaways with the donuts and even had special containers for the ones with syringes in them. The donuts themselves were really tasty and lasted a few days (even a trip back to Auckland). Definitely a must go if you are in Queenstown.

Unexpected pleasant discovery on eastern end of CBD. Has multiple bread options and various stuffing option and dressing like Subway. They also serve pastry, coffee etc. Very yum, very kind staff. And the pricy was very reasonable. This partly explains there were so many young clients. But for apparently people of all age! Will go again definately!

Visited during winter at the height of tourist season. Not the best donuts I've had but not bad. Staff were super helpful and advised we could pre-order so we didn't have to come in early before leaving QT. Haven't tried the coffee or bagels so I can't comment on those. The cups of donut balls were quite addictive though. The donuts we pre-ordered were packaged so pretty in their clear boxes.

The bagels are SO good. The $10 soup and bagel deal is a perfect lunch. Coffee service is a little slow, but good quality so okay if you have time or if you are eating in. It would be nice to see them using actual crockery for coffees instead of take away cups for dine-in guests.

Unfortunately, you lose a star for the bloody cardboard straw that came in my milkshake however, you regained the fifth star as excellent customer service rectified this by allowing me to have a metal straw. Amazing fresh bagels and doughnuts. Visited this shop almost every day during my time in Queenstown! Very reasonable prices too, I paid $3 for a toasted peanut butter bagel. They have a wide selection of fillings to put in bagels, and a large choice of imaginative doughnuts. Their hot chocolate is also great! Staff are lovely and always smiling.

They have a massive menu for the type of establishment they are. The food is pretty good for its price especially for Queenstown. What let's this place down is the speed of service have yet to have them make a order in under 15min and for a bagel place with a subway type setup this is poor. Only reason they get three stars is the good price and quality of food, the service while friendly is painfully slow.
