Came by for dessert after passing it a few times. The thing that stood out to me was the Boston ice cream sandwich. They sandwiched an ice cream of your flavour in between their Boston cream buns, which is then served with chocolate sauce. Tasty and quite filling. They also had other desserts like ice cream sundaes. Plenty of delicious options and it is usually closer than their main branch on Shotover Street. We stopped by later in the evening so there was usually seats available.

Made it the trifecta today with Ferg Baker for lunch and Mrs Ferg Beach St. for post dinner dessert. It’s a well presented shop, with tons of treats and heaps of options. Staff were pretty friendly, and the flavours were all very tasty. I strayed away from my usual flavours (at least one of them), and opted for a cone of blueberry yoghurt (sublime!), and chocolate gelato (intense chocolate but not too bitter). Yeah, will most like pay them another visit before we leave town!

Haven't come across better bakery and better Customer service. Got a tiny stone in my food. They turned things upside down to fix it, sent notification up their supply chain and QC team to be more careful! Haven't come across such amazing customer service. Their food, Of course id sumptuous!

The coffee was great!, the sandwiches were very tasty too, loved the Bacon and Egg the most, and relatively inexpensive!

Favourites have got to be Mint & Chocolate as well as Coffee and Chocolate combination. Yummy treat!

Lovely and quiet (when I went 😁). It was a nice change to the craziness if the original location. I had a baguette sandwich and hot chocolate which was lovely and warming on the cold winters day. The bread was lovely and fresh. The staff were friendly and service was quick. Great little cafe.

Gelato is fantastic - esp. the roasted hazelnut one. Just oozes perfect nutty flavour without tasting like a liqueur or an essence. Their gelato-filled donuts deserve a special mention. Usually I’m skeptical about blood-sugar-spiking concoctions like that but I’m glad we took a chance on it. The slightly-savoury donut paid a perfect compliment to the ice cream.

as a ice cream lover I had tried many of them at Qtown. However this one is the winner! Rosted hazelnut it’s my favorite!

The coffee is so good and the bagels are so delicious. I ordered the sesame bagels with Jam and butter and I loved it. Price is actually really cheap, specially for such a touristic place like is Queenstown

Mrs Ferg Gelateria is one of the other options for a late night dessert and coffee in town. The White Chocolate and Macadamia Ice Cream was really good and rich. I also had a Flat White which was fine. Loved the laid back and not too noisy atmosphere here even when it got a little crowded. The shop plays music but doesn’t blast it and there is also complimentary water available. It cost about 11 NZD for a cup of ice cream and a cup of Flat White here.

Enjoyed an excellent hot chocolate. The spinach and cream cheese muffin was pretty good too. They have a range of sweet and savoury pastries. Recommended. Staff were very friendly.

Great gelato but unfriendly staff! We have been many times to Mrs Ferg but this time we were really disappointed in the service. The staff was really unfriendly, no smile, nothing. You could expect more from a gelato shop.

I love this gelateria so much. The flavor selection is wonderful and they are all so good! One of the best I've ever had. Already visited 4 times this week. Highly recommend a stop.

Gelato is delicious. The Belgian hot chocolate is the best I have ever had - it tastes like you're drinking a chocolate brownie.

I Love Love Love their Boston Cream filled donuts & the Double expresso Dark Chocolate Ice cream ( warning ; only for expresso & dark chocolate Lovers).. atleast 2times a week I will go there to have the ice cream.. highly recommended..

Yummy chai latte at the outside bar and we were nice and warm despite the chilly air because of the great overhead heaters

Amazing breakfast here, very friendly staff. Went here for breakfast twice during my stay at Queenstown, and would definitely go there again if I go to Queenstown.
