Reviews of Patagonia Chocolates - Ice Creamery & Chocolaterie

It is very good place for desserts. Variety of desserts. Modern and nice setting. Ice cream is so yummy. Coffee is also good. The view is quite good from the upstairs. Staff is kind and friendly. Highly recommended for short break and dessert lover.

We got the waffles and crepes. Taste wise 5/5.
Low stars given because I was given old brown bananas (it was tucked under the waffles so didn’t see it until I moved it).
Coffee was very strong and anyone who like strong coffee will love this.

This place has a lot to offer - chocolates, desserts, ice cream, beverages and coffee galore. This was quite funny actually because my cousin wanted dessert (we had just had brunch at Yonder) and she didn't realise the portion size of the crêpe so I was obliged to help her consume it. I love a crêpe so was happy to scoff this despite my full puku. I am glad we had a taste of this at this branch because the branch at the airport was closed the day of our flight.

Location 5/5 with amazing view of the lake
Desert 5/5 lots of variety to choose from - Gelato, sorbet ice cream, mini cakes, cheese cakes
Taste 5/5

Been here quite a few times for ice creams and desserts. Food is always great but expect to be waiting in queues for up to 10-15 minutes at peak times. Staff are usually friendly but the last time we went they seemed a bit rude. The lady who took our order of crepes didn’t ask what flavour ice cream we wanted with them and when we realised and went back to ask she got defensive and kept asking if we wanted to change the flavour even though we didn’t give her one in the first place.

Delicious ice cream, friendly staff, and tons of other treats on offer. Lots of seating both indoors and outdoors.

Coffee and chocolate in winter, ice cream in freshly coated chocolate cones in summer. You will find something to get you hooked.
And even better - head upstairs for a great view and watch chocolates being made.

Wow the cakes here are good! And the hot chocolate is incredible as well. I definitely recommend trying the hot chocolate as it is so much better than regular hot chocolate. We also tried some churros with dulce de leche sauce and loved them! The only thing that wasn’t exceptional was their white chocolate, in my opinion. It is well worth a visit, even though the prices are very expensive.

We had dinner at a restaurant one night and then we went to Patagonia for desert. There are several types and flavors to choose from. We had mousse and lemon tarts and they were beautiful. It's a great place to visit when you are in Queenstown.

Some really delicious options for chocolate lovers. They do have a good variety of ice creams too but it was too cold for us to try them.
They original hot chocolate is something to die for.
