Fabulous staff and service! Great location in the heart of Queenstown 👍😃 Try the delicious (Peppermint if available) Venti White Chocolate Mocha with Fresh Cream!

Extremely friendly staff and a typical Starbucks ambience! I went in the morning at about 8am or so on a weekday and there were already not much seats available. Ordered my coffee that tasted like home, and a sausage roll that wasn't very impressive. It's just a good place to chill and people watch, and even recharge your devices. People here are with their laptops watching dramas and doing their work. Just come early so you can get a seat with an outlet.

Really nice, welcoming Starbucks. The two women working actually said “Hi” to me when I walked in, can’t get that in the states!

Tried the strawberry eclairs frappe yummy! They had a chaotic start to the morning with there machine down and the line was getting longer. But they got through like true professionals and the wait was worth it. Super tasty beverages.

Super nice staff! So kind just in general. They have the YAH mugs for Queenstown and some others. They are $30NZD at the moment. They only have soy and coconut milk and not almond milk if you’re vegan.

Ordered the special happy hour Frappuccino, I have the double chocolates favour and its wonderfully good. Friendly staff and lovely atmosphere.

Great coffee, cozy place. My favourite are Hot Caramel Machiato and Green Tea Cream Frappuccino. Yummy...

Only 4 stars because the staff are always superb and friendly.. but over worked and understaffed. Store is looking pretty tired and the toilets are in real need of an update. Considering the amount of custom the store gets might be worthwhile taking better care of the team and store.

Favorite Starbucks I think I've ever been to. The employees are just so sweet and friendly...really make an effort to remember you if you stop in a few times! Even though it is usually quite busy the coffee still comes out in good time. Thank you!

Tasty food but took too long

Appeared short staffed for a public holiday.so considerable wait to order and then receive.

Enjoyed our drinks. It was quite busy. After they were done with the rush, the staff started cleaning the tables immediately. One recommendation: Please find a solution for single use cups. For instance, ask people if they want their drinks to go. If not, just give them porcelain cups!

Good place to take a break. This Starbucks is not biggest but is ok if you want take a coffe quickly.

I was a regular for a very long time! Friendly staff, good affordable food (loved the chicken pretzel absolutely delicious!) and the coffee ain’t bad though not my favourite. Oh and good free wifi too! Definitely worth a quick stop if it ain’t too busy :)

This is a busy place lots of people here almost any time. Waiting time for your drink is longer that most but always a good coffee.

Very nice staff and good coffee. I’m not a huge fan of going to chain coffee shops when I travel but I collect the city mugs so had to make the stop. When I arrived they were out of stock but the friendly staff informed me that there delivery should be coming very soon so we waited and they made sure to grab one for me as soon as they came in. Thanks again!

So not sure I should admit this. I love Starbucks. That said only for two things: Maple Walnut Scones and Grande Caramel Machiato They are near always constant. For some reason though my coffee from here on 7 Oct 19 was a little cold and very light on the Caramel. They were busy but this is a premium product and they need to be consistent. Compare that to the Dunedin Starbucks which was perfect! Otherwise, all over the world, a great fallback option for consistent coffee.

A nice Starbucks at a great location. Looked like a storm of tour buses had been through and the staff were a bit jaded. Coffee was okay when they worked out what a piccolo was but I'd be willing to give them another shot next visit :)

Interesting cup of coffee they have for a limited time, a spicy pumpkin latte. Nice environment although a little ragged but nonetheless cosy and warm. Ok pricing.

Always quick and efficient. Charging including USB charging available under seats... only downside is that it costs $8.40 for a venti caramel mochiatto. Haha but once a week I’d like to treat myself. 💪

Had their new addition strawberry cream frappaccino it was delicious. And would definatly recommend people to go. Since they have changed staff they are really friendly and very helpfull as compared to few other people i have encountered in my past visit.

I had a very pleasant experience at this Starbucks in Queenstown with its great-tasting food and beverages. The staff were very friendly and served products with speed and professionalism. This was one of the best experience I have had at Starbucks.

I've been there 3 times this week and they didn't have drip coffee available on any of those visits. I had to get Americanos instead which take longer and cost more.

Good Starbucks store with lots of localised cup options to purchase. Unfortunately straight coffee (long black), not the best (burt). Fast, friendly service with comfortable seating options.

Pretty standard Starbucks. Free wifi (up to 100MB) and some of the only unguarded powerpoints in town (that we could find, at least) made it our haunt of choice for a few hours on a Saturday evening.

Not great. There was no brewed coffee so I had to wait a bit. Once I had the coffee, it was delicious.

Typical Starbucks with excellent coffee and food, not too busy but it was very awkward as there were a lot of backpackers in there clogging up the place with their packs.

Best coffee in Queenstown. Although I prefer to go to cafes instead of big chains Starbucks, is definitely the place if you want something half decent.

Nice place is you can get a couch, always has your hipster types filling it up for free WiFi and free power. Drinks and food are your standard Starbucks quality
