D.Absolutely beautiful space! From being greeted with a Kia Ora, served delicious Kai and drinks, friendly staff, in a gorgeous crafty cafe. We visited 2 days and rang ahead the second day to which we walked in and the table was set up with the highchair for our baby. Very hospitable. Would highly recommend and will visit again. The burgers are amazing!!!
L.Atmosphere and staff were nice but I ordered "Smashed avocado, with eggs on toast" and unfortunately what I got was guacamole with eggs on toast. Its alright for places to have their own creative take on things, but if it's clearly quacamole don't call it smashed avocado. Its like ordering eggs and getting a souffle. Other than that it was good.
K.Highly recommend. Wonderful service. Beautiful, retro kiwi decor. Delicious homemade tasting food! Kids loved the pancakes. I loved the keto bene. Also a great grassed area the kids could run around in while we finished our tea and admired the art work.
J.Cool place to visit when in Rotorua. Art for sale, artists at work, lots of info to take away and a small cafe with really nice coffee next to an art shop. Did I mention cheese scones? 😊🍵👌So really worth a visit

J.Lovely brunch special in a unique, quirky setting. The arts centre is tranquil and away from other busy places. Great craft shop too. Staff are lovely. Come here for a relaxing and different experience.

A.Great service, awesome environment and comfy seats indoors and out. Delicious leaf tea sourced locally (Tauranga) and nice coffee! Love the little jersey caramel touch. Plenty of off street parking and space and access for the disabled which is nice when I take my brother♥️

J.BEST WAFFLES I’ve ever had!! And husband said it was the best eggs Bene he’s ever had too. We had a nice chat with chef Aaron and the waitresses were also lovely and welcoming and made excellent coffees! We will be back again for sure 😊

M.Coffees and food were both great. We had the mushroom omelette with bacon and the date scone. Service was a little slow but worth the wait. Food was faster than coffee but that may have been due to the crowd at the time.
J.Visited for the first time today, this is one of the best cafe's in Rotorua. The owners were friendly and chatty. The food is tasty (I had Mac & Cheese, my partner had the Philly Cheese Steak Sandwich). They also have a selection of branded soft drinks and delicious looking cakes, which we will be back to test!

S.Probably one of Rotorua's best kept secrets, this homely cafe is snuggled away in the Arts Village. Its walls are adorned with an ever changing assortment of art, its tables with fresh floral offerings from the garden, and the biggest collection of quirky chairs you'll ever find.
Its seems they've thought of everything here, from supporting the local coffee roaster, to the yellow wooden highchair on rollers for the wee tots of town.

F.best coffee i ever tasted, was presented on the 13th day of March 2022. On this day around lunch time, I free wheeled my analogue push boycycle ride en route to a grass edge, with this blossoming rose, omg its fragrance was the sweetest girl flower every, also i dismounted my steers man steed, cool and casual the writer as a saunterer ego z in to this AVC ( Arts Village Cafe) . Significantly Flâneuring if ykyk, no doubt, i ordered some black gold. sitting in the cafe it came pretty promptly, this is when the sheer surprises starting with my aotearoan coffee; - a (1st) for the morning g, well by gosh this ( Americana, u dig)- of course you do. Omg the way the woman made it, the temperature and flavors burst and quenched totally my thirst- bude- my dudes, true 💯 thirsty. I absolutely praise this AVC, fact be i drank a good cuppa yum tasting coffee as if it got sugar cane, milk - almond gluten -free , or whatever , IN HEAVEN, geez Girls it was soooo Good, and yet I love it Black. This was a high key cafe ( how you say coffee, yes) ok. Now, hey listen 🎶 ❤♥In between this and the next and another, i got into a scrumptious mt ngo stack 😋 👌 big ups, then a chicken dish, Thank you Terina 😋 Chelsea 💪Ann and yours truly. Stud. (hope my fam don't read this is me, as I'm telling them I'm loosing weight. Will most defs lounge about inside this arts village cafe. Again and to look at the art. Yer yah yah... tbc
