Great cafe before starting your day in Redwood Walk. Very good coffee. Great staffs. Fine foods. Sorry that I have to give 4 stars at first (willing to give 4.5 but only choice is 4 & 5). Only had cabinet foods this time, next time will be food from breast menu and review my rate 😁. Food: 3.5 (at the moment) Staff: 5 Atmosphere: 4.5 Overall: 4.5 👏👏👏👏👍

“Açai” bowl was good but it didn’t taste like açai, unfortunately - not much granola as well, but good berries and nuts. Quiche was good

Food is great and all the staffs are nice and warmly welcoming everyone. Salad noodle is my favourite, and I tried mushroom several weeks ago. That is also fabulous to me. Coffee was great as well, I tried perpemint tea this time.

Yummy decaf long black, in a lovely outdoor dog-friendly area. My daughter enjoyed her fluffy. This cafe has SO MANY options for raw, vegan slices 😍

This café had the most wonderful chicken curry. It was a special item (not on the regular menu). It was SPECTACULAR. This cafe had many more items that I wanted to try but had to contain myself. This is definitely a place you should check out before/after a walk in the Redwoods.

Good place to grab a coffee before and after going on the amazing park just up road. Nice atmosphere and great smoothies.

Food is not bad. The pull pork baguette has lots of meat. Good to know that they have two small private rooms where people can have meetings or for family gathering.

Fast friendly service. Cafe has many GF and DF options. I had an acai smoothie bowl which was fabulous. Carmel latte too was very good! Relaxed atmosphere and clean bathrooms.

The best food in town! Sequoia have an amazing range of raw food - I especially love their raw caramel slice and raw mint slice. OMG - so good. For the super hungry - you gotta try the infamous Townley Tower. Stoked they are supporters of the Tarawera Ultramarathon and Tarawera Trail Marathon & 50k too!

This is a nice place to eat the meals are well prepared and are a good size and good value.the staff are quite nice.you also have a choice of a menu meal or something out of the cabinet. They also have a good selection of drinks to choose from.

Polite staff, coffee strong, food was just what I ordered. Nice and close to an awesome overnight camp ground.

We loved their buffet dinner. Delicious and we will certainly be back. Great value for money. Loved the corn and shrimp dish. Make sure you book.

Delicious food and drink, always an amazing selection. They were able to cater to gluten and dairy free as well, my dad enjoyed his coconut Chai latte 😋.

I go here all the time for coffee because it’s always so good! Great selection of raw slices too - and a warm comfy setting.

Delightful cafe. A good range of food including for coeliac folks such as myself. Food was delicious. Drinks excellent. Our table had a range from coffee, hot chocolate with coconut milk through to milkshakes. Highly recommended

Always good food and good service. Had basically one meal of fish and chips and shared it with my girl and was plenty for light lunch. Goid taste and great presentation. Good variety also, though not extensive more than enough for that mid day meal.

Finally found a place that does a good almond milk coffee brew.. also I can bring my bulldog with me.. so 5 stars.. well done..

Best place to stop on the way to the lakes. Food is irresistible! Check out the Raw snickers Bar, full of yum.

They have beautiful freshly baked food at reasonable prices and you can't fault their service which is excellent and done with a smile

Nice place with kids playzone. The breakfast was good, though the avocado smash had actually quite little avocado. Music was a bit loud for our taste. Large portions. Would go again.

Coffee was not good. Milk had a good texture and quality, but the poor extraction could not be covered up. On the other hand, the food was good. Got the French toast, which came with 3 hearty slices, 3 pieces of bacon and nearly 3 cooked bananas. Yum!

The coffee is solid but I ordered smashed avo and it didn't hit the mark. The avo was obviously out of a tube and one of the peices of bread hadn't been toasted so it was a soggy mess. That being said, free wifi amd my girlfriend enjoyed the big breakfast.

Love love love this place! A must stop every trip we make to Roto! The coffee is always perfect, tried the hot lemon ginger last time and fell in love - so yum. Great slices, caramel slice is our favorite. Always sure to grab one for the road :))

Nice staff, nice place. Coffee was watery and cold. Staff were very accommodating for vegan food, no actual vegan meal as such (vegan cakes and slices),but they were very able to try make one. Turned out alright, but not amazing.

I liked this cafe. It’s not over priced like a lot of cafes in NZ and gives a very decent portion. The food came out relatively fast and it was tasty.

Yummy food but such a pity there weren't enough wait staff on for the number of diners. Consequently after we were seated, we waited and waited for menus and water then waited and waited to order then waited and waited and waited to get the food. Two other groups of diners who were seated after us got their food first which was upsetting. The live music was great but way too noisy for such a small space especially with the large table of cherry women in the middle of the place. What a pity a planned quiet catch up with friends meant a lot of yelling across the small table and a very long wait for food.

Great service. Food is average. The burger patties were quite dry. But mushrooms on toast is full of fat juicy mushrooms.

Friendly and welcoming service, their coffee is perfect and their sweet treats are tasty. Great location to the redwoods, plenty of outdoor and indoor space.

Coffee was just warm so disappointing however staff are very pleasant.

Not only were the salads and kumara fries delicious, but the customer service was wonderful.

Our family visited on our way through to Auckland and found the staff, food & coffee to all be excellent. It is attached to a lovely shop too which was a pleasure to browse around on somewhat of a rainy day. We will certainly visit again when next in Rotorua

Enjoyed breakfast, few things could be improved. Espresso cup was cold, preheating required prior to serving. long black cup was too big. Hash browns were a bit soggy from scanned eggs.

Great coffee which is my primary concern. Place is great to sit in and is right next to the redwood forest. The coffee was made by Mikayla and everyone was very warm and friendly. I really recommend this place.

Food was great, the waiting staff lovely, and greatly appreciated being able to dine out front with the dog.

Best iced chocolate in town

Had a selection of tapas both my wife & i enjoyed them staff were nice & friendly , I must say one in particular treated us like we were her grand parents WELL DONE! K & G CHEERS

Gorgeous. I sit here with a beautifully made Cappuccino and a rich hazelnut cheesecake. The staff are friendly and very welcoming :)
