M.Probably the best lunch I have had in Taupo so far. The ginger latte is spicy and warming, the cappuccino smooth and tasty, and both the kedgeree and Moroccan lamb salad were perfect.
Plus they have sufficient sugar and sweeteners at the table, a rare treat where most cafes apportion these precious sachets…
N.Dont usually come around this way but just so happen to be in area. Great coffee and large variety of cabinet foods available. Staff very friendly so thank you team. Great decor. Family loved it.... Thumbs up!

J.If you're a snowboarder or skier on the way to the mountain, stop off here to feed your hungry mob. We had lasagne's, Mediterranean baps toasted, Kiwi Cuban's, gluten free lemon slices and carrot cake washed down with a good dose of caffeine, almond iced chocolates and chai. Food was great, coffees were fantastic and the girls really helpful. The only slight bummer was a very small selection of gluten free food, but don't let that put you off getting here. This place is probably a secret the locals don't want you to find out about ...
L.This is our go to stop every time we pass through Taupo. Great food and coffee. The shop is also lovely! We were just there on Saturday and I left my wallet behind, not realising until I was half way to Auckland! They very kindly couriered it to me and it has arrived super quick. Thanks so much for the great service!

A.We went to different cafes for lunch in Taupo. This is the best. Hot coffee, beef rendang has enough spices and a bit of heat. Ham and cheese roll from shelf is good . Poached eggs on gluten free bread.
A.This is a favorite place of mine every time we visit Taupo. The food is of the highest quality, healthy, tasty and simple. Highly recommend a visit for breakfast or lunch. You won't be disappointed.

T.Was so good we went back the next day. Really yummy food, coffee is really really good. Service was fantastic, all the staff were helpful and super friendly. Good value, I even had to buy extras to take home.
C.Pretty average to be honest, I had the creamy mushrooms on toast and the whole thing was lukewarm at best - the plate was warmer than the food. The taste was ok but bland. My dad had the big breakfast and it was very middle-of-the-road too. I probably wouldn't go back simply due to the quality of the food vs the price, BUT the service and seating was really pleasant. It seemed pretty popular so maybe it was just an off morning for them.
S.Compulsory visit for the Thai chicken curry. They have been serving this dish for over 20 years and every time I'm passing through, they never let me down. Peerless in Taupo.
N.Unlike other nearby places, their menu has variety. The food was very tasty, as you may expect, it was very busy and despite this the staff got the food out quick. They also sell spices and have a kinda half shop going on, it's a unique and good atmosphere.

After 12 yrs in the USA this place delivered on the want for a sausage roll with their giant "replete pastry". The mega grain roll was awesome.
This area reminds me somewhat of Lake Tahoe.
So good we decided to revisit this year 2018, great kale salad . A good salad is hard to find in the land of the long White cloud.

B.Met up with friends here for a late lunch after snowboarding at Whakapapa. We arrived just in time since they were about to stop their lunch menu. They did have items in the cabinet which also looked quite nice. I had the Kedgeree and Snickers Milkshake. Both were delicious. The snickers milkshake was like liquid snickers. The kedgeree has nice pieces of fish but I thought that the rice was a tad hard for my liking. Also thought the portions were a bit small.
A really nice place for a bite since the food is nice and the staff is friendly. Another upside is that there is a food store on the other side of the cafe by the toilets. Nice to peruse through some of their interesting foodstuffs.
S.Wide variety of cabinet food, couldn’t get better food as Vegan Keto diet with so less choices of food when eating out. Quite a few keto options, delicious keto slices and amazing Coffee. We all enjoyed lovely food, great service and super friendly staff🤗

G.Poached eggs were lovely. Coffee was not strong. Bacon should be advertised as being cooked on charcoal. Gives the bacon a dirty burnt taste and I wouldn't have spent $6 if I knew this was cooked this way. I complained and this was all I was told. No offer of a refund.

m.Didn't appreciate the attitude of the young girl on the door. There was no explanation as to the process in place. She justed barked questions re takeaway ? or eating in no explanation that our orders would be taken at the table. She was very rude. She needs to drop the COVID police attitude,.. and goggle the meaning of Customer Service

C.A bit hard to spot from the car on a busy street with very small signs, but well worth the hunt. Delicious food and coffee with a lovely gift shop attached. Will be back.

M.Really good coffee. That should be enough to get a 5* rating :). Nice choice of fresh cakes, buns, cooked breakfast. They have a reasonable selection of vegetarian and vegan options. At 10AM on a Sunday it was very busy, however the short wait for a table was well worth it.

R.Our family travelled through Taupo on an overnight trip, and decided to stop at Replete where we could see tables free in the warm morning sun. Had delicious coffee and breakfast served by super friendly and helpful staff! I left my handbag behind, and didn't realise until I was an hour out of town - they happily confirmed they had safely retrieved it for me andq sent it back in the post that day!!! Awesome people, awesome food, awesome spot for catching the sun 😁

J.Really yummy food with an environmental consciousness (stainless steel cups, reduced plastic) and a very cool water fountain (fizzy water in tap!) Fast and friendly service, and did I mention, the food was really good, with more than the 'usual' choices. Harissa potatoes, Mexican toasties, crunchy granola and detox tea...
B.Great care with decent food and reasonable coffee. Has a large cabinet selection with some really good savories, salads and cakes. The hot drinks can be a bit hit and miss at times, but overall good. It can be a bit poky inside when it's busy but it has a good atmosphere.

b.A very good place for breakfast, lunch or coffee etc. Sit inside or outside. Choose from a tasty menu or from the cabinet and watch the world go by. One of my favouate places in Taupo. Don't forget to look in the attached gift shop.

Our order was a toasted cheese scone,when it arrivedit was warmed,not toasted.
My large soy flat white arrived as a normal milk cappuccino with chocolate,and our small cappuccino with chocolate turned up made with soy milk.
Our food was delicious anyway,but we had no time to hold out for what we wanted,as we needed to keep moving.
Will come back again,but my suggestion is to have the staff member read back to the customer what their order us

P.I love this place. Never had a bad time and I always recommend it to others. My aussie mates were pretty happy today especially with the range of options available. Coffee was great too. My go to Taupo stop for sure!

R.We had coffee and breakfast, with some cake to take away. The coffee was pretty average as was the egg and bacon tarlet. The bacon and egg pie was pretty good, and the carrot cake was delicious. If you like super sweet things, then the white chocolate and raspberry brownie is for you (it was too sweet for us).
G.I very often go here because they have Miller's coffee, one of my favourite from Auckland. The food is good and the service is fairly quick. It's always busy but worth it.

I'm sorry I have to update this after such a disappointing brunch today! Meals were either cold, burnt or just average. Really poor food and average service.
J.This place is amazing. The attention, love and detail put into the retail store moved me to tears. The food was beautiful....staff lovely (I hugged ...Grace...forgive me if I have your name wrong).I have a really strong sense of aesthetic...it's what drives me......soulfully it was a big moment for me.....and the best part ...I'm from New Plymouth and there is a lovely photo of my Maunga above the door in the store. So thank you Replete team......you certainly live up to your name.....I will be back.
J.As soon as I walked in the staff were friendly and welcoming. Was good to see school kids getting an opportunity to work and looks as though they enjoy it. Got the nasi lemak and that did not disappoint. As close to a traditional nasi you can get. Great service and lovely shop attached. Older lady with great dress sense was nice and has some great jokes. Had a nice chat to the chefs on the way to the loo and was nice to see friendly happy chefs enjoying their work! A must go to in taupo

B.Excellent food, innovative selection & a wide variety too. Coffee was average, but then Replete is food-focussed rather than led by coffee sales.
Pricing was acceptable, the servings are large at Replete - you won't still be hungry afterwards.
Staff cost Replete some rating points, my food to go order was served to eat there, & I wasn't given what I ordered. Luckily I was happy with the dish I received - that's the beauty of a place like Replete that's full of delicious meals.
t.My eggs on toast they weren't good but they weren't bad either prefer that if it was a little bit warmer the cafe was a bit busy so I do understand

M.Full disclosure, we only ate sweet items from the case and had some coffee. The slices were mainly good and the coffee was certainly above average. The cafe itself is very comfortable inside and the staff seem helpful and knowledgeable. Worth a visit.
C.Their chili hot chocolate is terrible. Completely plain and lacking flavour.
Their muesli options are overpriced for the small amount you get... in a big plate with fancy decoration to keep appearances (if you call a peppermint leaf decoration)
The baguette was good and the staff very friendly.
D.The store has a unique and quirky selection of high end goods with great customer service. The cafe has above average coffee with a good selection of cabinet foods. The menu is standard and as expected for a decent cafe.
E.We stumbled on this cafe quite by accident, having driven around the streets of Taupo a couple of times looking for a mobility park. Happily we found one a very short distance down the road.
The place seemed to be quite busy but the staff had not let that get to them and were very friendly and amenable.
I didn't get to the list of offerings on the wall, as there was an amazing array of choices in the well chilled cabinet.
We both settled for what is known in France as a baguette but here is called a flute, stuffed with ham and a very tasty cheese. Even at lunch time they were as fresh as if they had recently been baked.
A very large iron teapot was also provided and contained sufficient fluid for both of us to have two cups each, most unusual.
In all a good fast lunch at a reasonable price served by a very obliging staff. We will most definitely go there again.
