Don't you hate it when you go to have another mouthful of coffee and there's none left. Their coffee is no better or worse than others but if you're a coffee lover like me you can at least satisfy your need with the Grande. Perfect !

Everything you expect of a Starbucks with extra nice service! Gals working yesterday were very friendly and exuded holiday spirit. A few seats inside and more outside on covered patio. Or, take your coffee to go and sit in/ stroll through the lovely park across the street. This location has wifi and a toilet.

I love this Starbucks! The best thing about it is you can customize your drink however you like. The only think is that they have NOTHING compared to usa starbucks stores. It would be sooo good if the had all the drinks usa has

Very friendly older lady serving and one of the young girls made our ultra caramel Frappuccinos, was superb! One of the best ones I had ever have I think this is mainly because it's not as busy at this location, therfore they take there time with the drinks, unlike bayfair which is always busy and rushed.

Classic Starbucks. The food is great but expensive. The ham and cheese toasted sandwich is soft and gooey and magical. If you like sweet, flavoured coffee then this is the place for you. If you're a coffee geek that likes strong quality coffee, go somewhere else.

The coffee like at any Starbucks is consistent in being pretty good. The menu feels varied and fresh and not only the drinks but also the food being very good. The staff when I have been are brilliant with a clear willingness to do what has to be done to ensure a happy experience. The only issue is the store is starting to feel a little dated and run down but with a prime location next to the sea it just encourages you to go for a walk rather than stay in.

Starbucks Downtown Tauranga, a great place to relax with your favorite cuppa. Friendly staff, quick service and if you haven't tried the hot white chocolate you ain't tried nothing yet, mmmmm.

I got a coffee here today. The staff are always happy to be there & always are friendly on arrival. The coffee is always what you ask for and how you want it, you definitely get what you pay for in regards to how much the coffee does cost.

Pretty much your average Starbucks that you've come to expect. Every time we come here it seems to be super busy. The service was great apart from the wait time, so perhaps just expect a wait when there are any events on down at The Strand.

Tried the hot chocolate with Hazelnut Signature, it's great. Love the outside sitting arrangements. Customer service is excellent, love that smiley face and welcoming attitude. Has a nice outside view as well.

The usual sweet commercial Starbucks products and drinks that you would find anywhere in NZ, or indeed in the world. The service, thankfully, was not what we would expect to find America (the home of Starbucks) as the assistant made a point of making eye conract and seemed genuinely happy to give us great service. Service was worth 5 stars but the over sweet product they sell was 3 so I gave it a rating of 4. We found this place to be clean & have great atmosphere

The drinks are ok. Staffs are good and nice. The shop is small so not always tidy and quiet.

The store was clean and tidy. They had friendly staff. The service was fast and my order was made correctly. The drink prices are excellent but the food is very expensive. Another store down at "the crossing" would be great. They have a toilet instore and free wifi. It is wheel chair accessible.

Iced coffee was good. My partner said it was very sweet but I love sweet things and thought it was good. Strong coffee flavour. Cabinet food was ok. Banana loaf was yum, ham and cheese Croissant was ok, a bit cheesy though and the muffin was bland. Toilets were grotty, shop cleanliness seemed good from what a saw

Only way i can get my kids to join me for a morning walk is by taking them for fluffy's. They love Starbucks! The service is good and the coffee and cakes are delicious.
