Excellent customer service, honest, real and personable - good vibes and good sense of humour. Dairy free, gluten free and vegan options - bring the whole family! Delicious food. If you haven't gone here already, give it a shot - you won't be disappointed :) the owner is lovely too and has an amazing and inspiring story.

This is the best cafe ever!! The food is delicious. The staff are all so friendly and Shar the owner is incredibly kind and generous. We were intially meant to have our wedding on the 28th of Feb but had to postpone (literally the night before) because of COVID. Shar did her best to minimize our costs but we decided we wanted to eat cake and to deliver some cake (contactless of course) to any guests who had already made it down from Auckland. In the lead up to our new date, I had so many people telling me how excited they were about the cake - it was that good!! I honestly cannot recommend Nourished Eatery enough whether its for wedding cakes, to pop in for a cup of tea and a ginger kiss or for a cooked breakfast off their menu. All are amazing.

Loved our meal at The Nourished Eatery, wonderful service, inclusive to all customers. And delicious food. We totally loved our muffins. Delicious and wholesome. Loved the edible flowers also. Thank you so much. We will be back.

This is my favourite cafe in the Bay of Plenty - delicious and nutritious food, great coffee, and *always* excellent service. Nothing is too much trouble. If you like your cafe experience to come with a free side order of kindness, then make a special trip here.

I was there many times with my partner, it's one of our most favorite places to eat delicious, healthy, vegan food! So good, everytime 🙏🏽 The staff is amazing, very friendly, you pay at the cashier and the food will be served afterwards, the waiting times are pretty good. Take-away is possible and the prices are good. We would always come back! Love you guys ❤️

Lunchtime!! I have two vegan friends and this place was great for them! We enjoyed what we ordered... veggie Fry up, hash burger, “something”bowl 🍲 (sorry can’t remember the name) and vegan chocolate cake, delicious 🤤. Ps its dog friendly.

Traveling through NZ in a camper van and decided to let someone else cook lunch for a change. We ate the creamy mushrooms on sourdough and the poke buddah bowl. Both were insanely good. Among the best vegan food me or my 20 year vegan girlfriend have ever tried. Incredibly friendly staff and amazing desserts, too.

Amazing range of vegan food including lots of gluten free options. I very highly recommend the salted caramel donut (so light and flavoursome) and salted caramel brownie (rich and moist). 🤤🤤🤤

aaah...from where shud I start praising this cute little cafe. First of all....IT'S A VEGAN CAFE WHICH EVERYONE SHOULD TRY. From ambience to staff to food everything is super awesum and super tasty. We went at the brunch hour around 11am so it was the time when we were served lunch and not the breakfast. We ordered the Willow Bowl which was equally good in taste as good it was presented. Another mains we orderd was BBQ Pulled Jackfruit Burger. A very unique burger in the sense as I could never imagine a burger made using jackfruit. Totally nailed it in terms of taste. A must try if u are a fan of both burger and jackfruit. For drinks my wife ordered a flat white and I ordered a unique drink from the Health Potions named Beet Rasberry Coconut which was also presented quite nicely and I was just blown by the taste. A must try if you are in Tauranga !!

🌱 Makes my heart sing! Vegan Heaven with focus on Health and Sustainability (mug library - reusable straws - no overbakin) I have been waiting so long to finally visit this place! I found it on Instagram when I first went vegan but couldn’t go because I’m based in Auckland. So many delicious and healthy vegan options! And the staff is very friendly and kind. Love the vibe of this place - just positive energy and love. One of my favorites is the frame wall - supporting other small artists - just love it.

Been here twice. Both times the food was really good and really fresh. They change their options frequently. I highly recommend this place for everyone, not only vegans. The fact that the food is all vegan is a big bonus!

This place offers a wide range of vegan food and drinks. I've tried a lot of options in this cafe and can safely say it all tasted (and looked) amazing! From a hearty tofu burger to jam/ custard filled donuts and delicious fruit smoothies. The setting of this place is beautiful and the staff are so friendly. If you want to try delicious vegan food this is the place!

Jackfruit Burger is one of the best food i every eat in my life. I went there more than 5 times just for it. Close your eyes and enjoy it ;)

Beautiful cafe! Super friendly and helpful staff! Lots of vegan options and plenty to choose from. I had a porridge bowl that was just beautiful! It had a range of fruits and seed with a a little coconut whip. I would definitely recommend visiting here whether you are local or visiting.

Really great vegan food. Lots of variety. The location is great, in the center of Tauranga town. Very reasonably priced, lots of vegan places go over the top with cost. I will definitely return here to try more of the food. Good coffee as well. Nice décor, good seating in and on footpath.

The best coffee & food in Tauranga by a long shot. Great atmosphere and staff. I must have arrived a little late as the Frockle cakes which I've heard so much about had just sold out. Scrumptious food loved by all ages in my group. The fry-up was particularly good! Coffees were great and high-quality. Getting tempted by all of the delicious baked goodies behind the counter. Don't miss this place for a good breakfast spot.

I think this is a cool, little place! The muffin and coffee I had were delicious, and I like that this cafe offers a solution for people with a more restrictive diet. The decor could be comfier, but that's just my personal preference for working in cafes. I felt the prices were really good for this type of food, especially when compared with higher prices for 'regular' food of other cafes close by. Staff were really friendly and seemed to know many of the people coming in and out. I can see how this would become someone's local coffee haunt. I'll go again sometime!

Have eaten here many times over the years and the food is very tasty. Staff are lovely. It's our favorite vegan place to eat in town. Desserts are amazing too, some of the best i've tasted.

Ahh, The place I had my very first donut! Being vegan and gluten free this can be a hard task but wow! Was it amazing, my friend said it tasted just like the real thing and damm did I enjoy every mouth full hmmm such a nice little treat definitely a favourite place of mine when im over in tauranga for a treat or two..🙊

I had been wanting to visit for awhile and wasn't disappointed, so worth the wait. I took my vegan daughter and my mum who was highly skeptical she would find something she would eat. Mum got a pie and was so blown away by how amazingly delicious it was. Normally a meat eater she said it was the best pie she had ever had. I had a sandwich that was so delicious I lost half to my daughter. The doughnuts taste as good as they look and great coffee. Your staff are fantastic, service was quick and thank you for offering to take a photo of us together. Can't wait to visit again.

I go here all the time for my coffee! They have many alternative milks available I highly recommend the soy milk. Very friendly staff also. This is my go to place when Im in the CBD.

Delicious plant based foods from the menu and cabinet. Dogs are welcomed at their outside street side tables :) bonus points for the chai ☕

Went to try the cookies as I was recommended by a friend. They were amazing gooey massive cookies! The chocolate cream cheese was the best!!

Just what I needed after hiking Mt. Maunganui. Healthy lunch options are fresh, tasty, and mindfully prepared. The green fitness bowl gave me the perfect refuel after climbing in the hot sun. A very enjoyable experience.

My absolute favourite spot for coffee and good food in Tauranga. Love the variety and flavour that the team here pack into the food- the menu is great, and the counter is always packed full of tempting treats. I also love the philosophy behind the business- a local cafe that really does care about the community that they are part of, always finding ways to help other people. Flight Coffee always on point, and a sneaky doughnut is very hard to resist.

Friendly staff. The presentation of food was gorgeous and oh-so appealing. I couldn’t believe it tasted better than it looked!! I got the hot-cakes. Mmmmm 😋 The fruit was fresh and delicious, the syrup was delicious, and the yogurt was so yummy it complimented the dish so well. I also got a coconut flat to drink and it was also so freaking good! HIGHLY recommend this place!! Also the prices are not bad at all for what you get. Totally worth it! I’ve ate at other places that were more exspensive and can’t even compare to this food. Everyone else’s dishes looked appealing as well.

Looks nice from the street. Ordered online on a Friday for Monday, went in Monday about 2:15pm (they close at 3pm) to pick up the cake and they had not even started it. We did not get an apology in store nor a discount for the mistake. The customer service wasn't very professional. They did drop off the cake later that evening which was very lovely and they did apologise. The cake tasted heavenly, looked beautiful and the flowers were a stunning touch. The cake cost $60.

This is my favourite cafe. Have tried everything on the menu and it is all delicious. Had the Lemon thyme creamy mushrooms on toast yesterday but you need to remember to specify gluten free toast if that is what you are looking for. Great service.

I'm not a vegan but the food is excellent and the coffees and other drinks are very good too. Their take on doughnuts are unusual in the best way, and well worth a visit for them alone. The staff are very friendly and rightly proud of what they're doing in Tauranga.

"Flight" coffee made well = very good coffee. Lovely staff doing the making and delivering too. Only tried doughnuts from the cabinet thus far but they are super tasty. Being raw-food they're quite different to your standard Krispy Kreme; slightly crunchy outside with a surprisingly light centre that still has a more solid mouthfeel somehow, and then there's the (small) blob of custardy goodness to top it off....yum (raspberry and strawberry options too). Price tag the only smudge on a great taster

Okay vegan or not you should definitely check this cafe out because the food is FABULOUS. I got the pancakes for breakfast which were not only beautifully plated but also so delicious - some of the best pancakes I've had, proof that vegan gluten free food is for everyone! Also it's a lovely, cosy place - I sat and read while i had my food (and actually for quite a while afterwards) Couldn't resist the temptation of the cabinet so I also got some chocolate cake and a donut to take with me!

Went for lunch today and was impressed. Staff very pleasant, friendly and helpful. Food and smoothies delicious. Surprised the don't have soya milk but do have all other alternatives. Not a big drama for me as I am just as happy with a long black. Lots of yummy baking too

We had the Thyme and garlic coconut creamy mushrooms, the BBQ pulled jackfruit burger and the Smashed falafel wrap. Very well presented, edible art. Thank you so much.

My work did a morning tea shout for me since I was leaving..... I picked it up & all the food was beautifully presented, the lady carried it out to my car. I was sceptical at how the boys would react to vegan food.....but I had nothing to worry about. The sausage rolls were the first to go. The chicken rolls were AMAZING....oh & don't even get me started on the sweets!! A big THANKU to the whole team....I had no doubts it would be awesome & great... I highly recommend anyone who hasn't been here before......ask yourself why not? I will be back :)

Food and coffee was good. The bathroom is located outside the restaurant so not that ideal.

I finally had the pleasure to try the menu and I had the Om-let that was just a revelation for me. I didnt have eggs for months since I turned vegan and this one reminds me the fluffy texture of a real omelette with an amazing flavour from the spices they use. I would love to have the recipe to be able to remake it at home 👌🏻 I will be back for sure to try more of your menu.

Oh. My. Gosh. Everything we ordered here was incredible. And everything else looked like it would equally wow us.. (But there's only so much you can buy in one visit) although the cabinet had lots of enticing cafe style options, I loved how the menu didn't offer 100 different things. I got the 'No eggs Bene' which had the most incredible hollidaise sauce I've ever had even before I was vegan! The flavours of everything were all perfectly balanced (nothing was over powering or trying to be something is wasn't, it owned its originality) and boy oh boy, that double chocolate cookie.. I'd move to tauranga just to frequently get those!!

Busy, nice and cosy place with friendly staff. We ordered a tofu-(NZ 15,-) and jackfruitburger(NZ 15,-): the tofu burger didn't taste like much but the Sriracha sauce made it good, the jackfruitburger was tasty. Enjoyed and would recommend.

I become ADDICTED to this place! I would run after work before they close to get my precious donut! All the cakes I tried where AMAZING. My favorites : donuts and muffins. They make VEGAN, DAIRY FREE products which is great because Im vegetarian and lactose intorlerent so I don't go to any other coffee shop in Tauranga. My boyfriend is not vegetarian but he loves this place too! He loves the JACKFRUIT BURGER. Coffee is good and the MATCHA ZESTY VANILLA with almond milk is delicious.

Great to see so much vegan food! Vegan pies! The dairy lovers can still get a milk coffee, but this coconut flat white is very hard to beat.

Prices were really quite expensive for what you get... Or at least what I got. I got a single toasted sandwich which was very messy and hard to eat, for $13.50. They were out of their most popular dish. probs not going again.

Absolutely awesome, had a date night with hubby, went in at 5:30 Friday night before the rush and ordered the jackfruit burger and pizza. SUPER Delicious and Fantastic knowing it was all cruelty free.

I'm not vegan, but I thought the food was actually quite tasty and well presented. And I didn't feel hungry after my lunch (I know it might sound funny for some of vegans out there, but one of the fears of even trying vegan food is that you'll be hungry regardless of the size of your plate, because you miss the meat or eggs or whatever). Recommend to try the donuts.

Went here today with my mum, was very sceptical but boy was it yum!!!! Had Earl grey tea with coconut milk which they make and it was delicious. Definitely going to go back!

I have no point of reference for a reliable review of what is essentially a vegan cafe but, the coffee was good, they have a chess set so I could play a game with my son and the service seemed quite quick.

Friendly service and yummy vegan food, just wish it was a bit less oily. Will have to try some of your other dishes :)

Been here when they were located in a very little room. Good food, but ... yes ... too tiny. Now they are in a better location in Tauranga.

These guys happily suggested I try rice milk as an alternative to soy milk when I asked - thanks it was nice! Quirky place with interesting people

I'm not a vegan, but I am gluten and dairy free and this place is a god send! The amount of times I have driven from Auckland to Tauranga just to get some donuts is slightly embarrassing, but always well worth the trip. The pancakes are also to die for along with anything else that is in the cabinet. This is a must visit if you are ever in town plus they do super yummY hot chocolates!
