Yummy vegan slices available and normally vegan options available. Bit $$ but unfortunately being vegan often means paying extra for the cakes. But they definitely fill you up... I took half home. 🤣Coffee is good too. ☕🍰

Fantastic cafe and store! We stopped there for lunch today and had the lunch bowl of mixed salads. About 6 different salads which were all outstanding flavours and fresh. Excellent coffee and Jasmine tea. Very clean and the team are really friendly. This is definitely one of the best cafes we have been to. Highly recommend!

Best Salmon Eggs Benedict ever. They don't skimp the Salmon. Also, the only hot chocolate I've ever enjoyed. I'm going to make this a regular thing. Maybe get creative and do an omelet next time.

Beautiful selection of kitchen products foody pantry and utensils also ready made meals ice-cream etc. Meats etc used grown on their farm. Butcher shop next door a continuation of their artisan products. Strong family business with reg refreshed menu. Baking choices to die for modern presentation. Light airy Cafe outside seating good parking. Next to other shops garage and swimming complex and parks. Pleasure to visit.

Amazing Food and Amazing staff! The best cafe in the Waikato in my eyes. I will sorely Miss this place (moving to Christchurch). Loved the coffee on the numerous times I have visited but the food, although looks great, has been a disappointment. Have given them the benefit of an off day and tired different foods at different times of the day. Just my opinion. Lots will disagree perhaps more the 'Emperors New Clothes' affect as it is a very very popular place to go.

I am on warfarin ..which means I have to limit any green vegetables as they contain vit k which thickens my blood. Which in turn could be life threatening.. I find often when going out to a cafe the choice of food is very if not limited due to the green food. However at the Red kitchen I do not have to be concerned as there is always lots of choice for me to choose from...thank you to the organiser of the menu...a joy ...and a treat to anticipate. These people love cooking.
