So happy with this find. Broccoli and blue cheese soup, really well balanced flavours, not too rich and super moorish. Coffees done really well with a great choice of "milks" available. Excellent cafe.

We had the eggs benedict and an omelette. Both were really nice, the eggs benedict is probably one of the best I've had for a while - I think it was the yum hollandaise sauce (you could tell it was handmade and not from a bottle). Banana smoothie and coffee were also nice. The staff were super friendly and attentive.

We ordered the Big breakfast and the omelette. We were very impressed with the presentation and size of the meals. Would definitely come back here again if we ever visit Kerikeri again. Prices similar to some of the places we've had brekkie at in Auckland, but definitely much more appealing to the eye and the tummy.

Iced coffee heavenly, my partner would rate it 10 stars if he could. Quality of sausage rolls has dramatically deteriorated over the years, dry, crumbly pastry and too much of it plus poor, tasteless filling. Change it Lygon people because it doesn't serve you or your customers to cut down on the quality of your pastries. Good place to have a snack or lunch.

Been here for lunch a few times over the years but they've changed up the menu and it's fantastic, Korean chicken wings and an iced coffee. Awesome! Highly recommended 👍

OMG! We have just enjoyed the most beautiful seafood chowder meal, complete with accompanying cibatta and the cajun salad - oh my my! All the food here looks just so superb. Staff luvly, beautiful clean premises....thoroughly recommend!

Popped in for a coffee - which is always Amazingly Fantastic Decided to get something to eat. Normally go for the sweet slices from the cabinet, though decided to check out the covered counter food. Ordered a Date Scone & Savoury Scone. The Date Scone was delicious, perfectly portioned pieces of Dates & just Yum. The Savoury Scone - Hand on Heart was the best Savoury Scone I've ever had 😍. With the Beetroot Chutney it was Scrumptious. I think it would be difficult to find better back in Auckland 🤔 Well done Lygon Café - wonderful customers service also 💕

Average eggs benedict breakfast for 2...altho salmon was small and burnt'ish, bacon and hollandaise was ok and the egg yolks were an extraordinary deep colour but excellently poached! the apple and feijoa smoothie was yummy...service by ladies was fantastic, thank u!

Looooove. Although I'm bummed there haven't been any butter chicken pies for a while, all of the food is delicious, wait staff are friendly and wait times arent too bad, considering how busy they get. We go here almost every week for a fluffy, hot chocolate and sausage roll.
