I bought the 680ml barista jug to be able to easily do 2 cups of frothed milk when making coffee and it does that well. My only issues with it, is it doesn't have a refined spout like I thought it did in the picture. And the stainless steel finish does allow for a lot of smudges on the jug when using it. Shipping was fast and arrived well on time.

Emailed The Coffee Collective about an urgent order for a client of ours that I needed the following day. Rachel happily packaged it up for us and had it ready the following morning for an urgent pick up, no problems at all. Really responsive, was replying to my emails within 10-15 minutes. This was my second order, in as many weeks from The Coffee Collective. The speed at which I received my packages was insane! For my latest order, I placed it 5am Monday and received it 3pm Tuesday (the next day)! The products were of a high quality and packaged well. Coffee obviously comes from a different facility and was sent separately, but it made no difference. The most beautifully roasted beans I've had in a while. Thank you!

I’m incredibly fussy when it comes to hot chocolate, but I absolutely love the Deluxe Hot Chocolate! I love that I can make such a delicious, high quality drink at home. Not only is this quality product, but quality service too. I’ve ordered many times and have never had to wait for more than a day to receive my package. Highly recommend!

I've spent about 2 years trying different online order coffee. Mr White and Mr Black are the first I've tried that just work with no effort with my De'Longhi magnifica machine. Both make great black coffee. Great blends and at a price I feel is better than a lot of similar quality NZ coffee brands. Thanks for getting me up during lockdown!

I ordered a bag of the Monsoon Malabar coffee beans. My daughter usually posts is 6 bags every few months from Waitrose in the U.K. but due to Level 4 lockdown restrictions in place we were coffee less!! Disastrous! I googled NZ suppliers if our favourite bean and low and behold I found it at the Coffee Collective. I ordered 1 bag to sample, it arrived and it felt like all our Christmas’s had come at once.
