Reviews of Hey George
L.I've been going here occasionally over the last 5 years. It's always busy but you can generally find a seat. There is a courtyard space at the back and last I know you could still have a ciggie there. It's not overly clean (as most of Wellington) but I've always had yummy drinks and food. The service has always been fine but never that warm and friendly stand out service that you get at some places - they are quite fast though so that makes up. I'll still continue going there because it's at a convenient location and not overpriced and a tasty selection.

J.Great that it’s open early. Enjoyable food. Staff need to stop joking with non mask wearing customers about/ and who are purposely not wearing masks. It’s mandated and should be about caring for all.
T.Lovely place to dine if you want to go for lunch or a quick bite, beautiful customer service very polite people that serve you as well. Great hospitality,also loved the view where I was seated, right by the window

P.Love working out this side of town just to go here and get a coffee and warmed up date scone. So good with butter in it.
