L.Service could be great, depending on who you get. The men are very courteous and know their product and helpful. As per previous comments, a certain woman is bordering on rude and obnoxious... Here in New Zealand we treat each other as equal
M.It's a nice place, however, I do not feel like I'm truly welcome to try the coffee there. I wish the staff were more receptive and smiley, explaining more about the coffee with in greater detail. That's the whole point of going into the store, to try the difference of their coffee. They really need to improve that. Coffee has subtle differences and it's hard to find the one you like without trying. It is also hard to be in this store without feeling guilty. Make the customer feel welcome and comfortable to sample and learn about coffee.
P.Very good coffee, staff members always up to date with all new promotions or deals.
Shame it is not at Lower Hutt, hard to find a parking when you will spend only a 5 minutes at the shop!
O.I visited the Boutique this morning and had a truly wonderful experience. I was assisted by a charming young man who matched my coffee preferences perfectly.
I tried the Trieste flavour (a beautiful city on the border of Italy and Croatia) and thoroughly enjoyed it.
I will be back to try some more of their wonderful flavours!

J.I've had great, attentive customer service. Staff will make you a coffee to help you choose the type you want and will then give you recommendations on what else may suit your tastes. There is no pressure to buy, but of course you will get membership discounts if you do.
Y.Very welcoming staff, I was hesitant at entering as it was my first time in the shop and not sure what to expect. I can say expectations were exceeded, awesome, social atmosphere with free coffee tasting. Staff member Anthony was a great help and very educated in the different coffee’s!
M.We'll stock with capsules and cups. Many types of flavours and intensity. Nicely display and prices labelled accordingly. Good place to get your Nespresso capsules serve by friendly staffs. Good!!

A.Impeccable service. I went to the counter to get my usual pods I was greeted with a smile and how are you today. The sales person was really good as he asked if I had seen the the new leggero on ice" pods, I hadn't so he suggested I go over to the cafe side of the business. I was also greeted warmly and in due course was sipping my cup of iced coffee. Well the suggestion of trying the coffee worked as I purchased a box. Really good to see happy, smiley sales staff. Keep up the fantastic service guys. George Clooney would be impressed! ☕️
L.Staff really know there coffee. Free tasting. They have a great new range of single origin capsules too. I am waiting for the festive season chocolate to be released. Not capsules. Actual chocky. Wonderful little squares.
A.We don't own one of these machines we just wanted to buy some coffee for our friends. Pretentious but lots of fun. Free coffee tastings from people who think prepackaged coffee is the new boutique wine (or at least pretend to believe it). We enjoyed our time there.
P.There is a lovely German lady who works there. She has got a great customer Service and she knows exactly what she talks about. So great to have someone who understands the products in the shop.

C.Salesman pushed hard for a sale, even though I told him I wasn’t impulsive, which pissed me off. Luckily another staff member took over from him and from then on our time in the shop became far more enjoyable.
T.What’s with all those 4 star reviews ? Where are these people shopping that they see fit to give this less than 5 stars because I need to start shopping there immediately ? Honestly if you know this place and give it less than five stars you are a straight up coffee troll. Best service Best product no question about it.
I.As per other comments, despite the nice presentation etc., we did not feel welcome. It is as though they look down at you... It's bloody coffee at the end of the day. I will be buying online next time.
D.Have to say what an awesome experience from NZ retail staff. Walked into the store shorts, jandals and hoodie and the staff were very friendly and approached us, we didn't have to go looking for help.
In contrast to the reviewer with the tattoos, sorry but we looked like country bumkins early on a Saturday morning and these guys and girl were great.
