Standard Starbucks store, efficient and fast staff. It was a busy Sunday, but service was impeccable and nice. The best area is the upper part, with comfy seats and many tables. Coffee was tasty and well prepared. Inside was clean and tidy, as it is expected. Located in downtown, easy to access for everyone and from everywhere.

A small Starbucks in the middle of this alley, yhe staff make really great tea and coffee. I ordered white chocolate and it's amazing tasty. Love the flavour! Many tumblers are being sold here. Almost every town in New Zealand labels on tumblers are for sale. Sipping drinks while watching passer-by -- Incredible!

GREAT LOCATION.. NOW IF ONLY THE COFFEE WAS BETTER The ubiquitous Starbucks is here in Wellington in touristy Lambton Quay. Plenty of seats and well located. Food is OK but if you want a good Wellington coffee there are better choices along the street.

Chaotic way of giving out food without naming it as someone's. You guys take our name for the coffees it should be the same for food too. I had my order taken by someone else in the busy lunchtime period where if my name had been called there would have been no mistake. The new app though is really good well done.

The site is fsntastic and so close to the city, this is the view you get from your seat. Ordering was a little hard as the line went out the door, and it wasn't clear to me that there may have been additional seating in the back (I assumed it was the toilet). It might be the layout, but if you are seated outside it is a little hard to hear when your order is called. Otherwise food was enjoyable, coffee was ok - the wide opening of the mugs meant that it cooled down rather quickly. But if you need a quick bite while roaming the city, this is the place.

Well located, good place to have a rest over coffee. Taste of coffee is not great but at least flat white (in smallest) cup is consistent, unlike other random coffee shops, high expectation but poor implementation.

Great location and atmosphere. Found the staff very friendly and helpful but a little bit slow in serving and putting through the order. Ordered a white mocha which was nice and hot and came out quickly but could have done with the syrup being stirred in a bit more as I couldn't taste it till I got to the end of the coffee. Great work :)

All in all great! Very efficient as also usually very busy. Food is very quick! The drinks are always nice. Cosy atmosphere up the stairs. During lunch time would not recommend unless you want to get a drink to go. Better to go during off peak times to encompass the full experience.

A great place to go for a sweet drink or a drink which is large enough to last a while. Starbucks often has a large wait but does make the drinks quickly. If you're looking for an amazing coffee this probably isn't the place to go as the actual coffee isn't the best Wellington offers, however is a great place for a large, sweet drink.

I love this Starbucks. The staff are all friendly. As a regular they get to know you and what you order which I like. Coffee is of the usual Starbucks standard. My coffee of choice is the cappuccino. As a bonus the building it is in is lovely. The old bank arcade.
