Standard Starbucks store, efficient and fast staff. It was a busy Sunday, but service was impeccable and nice. The best area is the upper part, with comfy seats and many tables. Coffee was tasty and well prepared. Inside was clean and tidy, as it is expected. Located in downtown, easy to access for everyone and from everywhere.

A small Starbucks in the middle of this alley, yhe staff make really great tea and coffee. I ordered white chocolate and it's amazing tasty. Love the flavour! Many tumblers are being sold here. Almost every town in New Zealand labels on tumblers are for sale. Sipping drinks while watching passer-by -- Incredible!

GREAT LOCATION.. NOW IF ONLY THE COFFEE WAS BETTER The ubiquitous Starbucks is here in Wellington in touristy Lambton Quay. Plenty of seats and well located. Food is OK but if you want a good Wellington coffee there are better choices along the street.

Chaotic way of giving out food without naming it as someone's. You guys take our name for the coffees it should be the same for food too. I had my order taken by someone else in the busy lunchtime period where if my name had been called there would have been no mistake. The new app though is really good well done.

The site is fsntastic and so close to the city, this is the view you get from your seat. Ordering was a little hard as the line went out the door, and it wasn't clear to me that there may have been additional seating in the back (I assumed it was the toilet). It might be the layout, but if you are seated outside it is a little hard to hear when your order is called. Otherwise food was enjoyable, coffee was ok - the wide opening of the mugs meant that it cooled down rather quickly. But if you need a quick bite while roaming the city, this is the place.

A great place to go for a sweet drink or a drink which is large enough to last a while. Starbucks often has a large wait but does make the drinks quickly. If you're looking for an amazing coffee this probably isn't the place to go as the actual coffee isn't the best Wellington offers, however is a great place for a large, sweet drink.
