M.Very friendly staff, quick service & clean. Love how compact it is and it’s location too. Abit hard to find a park however you have those side streets to park down too. Overall was fantastic. 😊😊
G.A very pleasant cafe right across the road from the hospital. It is also on one of the main routes through Lower Hutt, so quite easy to locate. Parking can be a little difficult so look down the side streets as well. With seating available on the second level, you can enjoy the decent selection of food and beverages even if the place looks full at street level.

Highly recommend the mushroom, feta and spinach quiche, and the bubble drinks. The upstairs view is lovely, especially on a sunny day!
M.This is our family go to cafe. The food is delicious and the staff are so friendly and welcoming. Twist Cafe previous owners owned love a coffee cafe in Kilbirnie and moved it to lower hutt. It's location opposite the hutt hospital is great for the staff and visitors. Highly recommend them.
L.Friendly customer service and a nice atmosphere. We ordered bacon and banana waffles, served with cream and syrup. It was absolutely devine! I would definitely recommend. The hot chocolates we're perfect. The cute smiley face and heart were a bonus!

L.Often take my teenage kids here for lunch, and they love it. The food choices are good, and it doesn't cost me an arm and a leg. There is an upstairs seating area, which unless you hit a time when it is full of staff from the hospital over the road, is usually nice and quiet.

t.Its a clean a tidy cafe but the décor and cabinet food let's it down. I had a iced coffee which looked and tasted great but the slice and cake tasted like they'd been made cheaply of site. The whole look inside is white and grey with little to make it comfortable.
