Service was good and staff helpful.
Food was okay, chicken noodle broth was average, nothing to rave about. Cheese scone although tasty was a bit doughy and the chocolate friand was also a bit doughy.
Coffee was a bit acidic for my liking.
R.In Wellington for a week and stopped here as its the nearest cafe to my hotel. Pancakes were absolutely delicious, but the coffee... I've lived in coffee hotspots around the world, and this cup shot straight into my top 3 best coffees ever list. Masterfully done.

Had the big breakfast the first time and Open Omelette the second time. Food was delicious both times.
Service was great as well. Everyone was friendly and it's a really nice place to come have a cup of coffee while taking a break.

M.Seriously nice coffee, rich in flavour and with a lingering aftertaste. No idea which brand they serve (haven't bothered to ask. Drop in and find out if you are curious). Had a fruit muffin as well. It was a bit denser than other muffins i have had, and well worth the price. Coffee and muffin all up is $9.00, which is good value in these days and times.
