R.Great variety of cold and hot foods
Very delicious. Had the most well made cappuccino ever and excellent service.
This was a flap jack a little sweet filled with cream and jam.

P.We had a lovely lunch experience at Zampelles Cafe. I always eat at this cafe when I visit Johnsonville. There is a great variety of food, my favourites are the homemade fish pie, and homemade soups. Very generous cheese and onion sandwiches, and delicious chocolate eclairs. We were served by a pleasant young man...I was watching him doing his job, after serving us, he was then clearing tables with a Samoan male. Both doing a great job too. I wanted to speak to the manager, but he/she was not there... so I mentioned to the young lady behind the counter, the great job the two young men were doing. This cafe is of the old school style cafe, real homemade foods, warms my heart. Understandably very busy place

P.Food is pretty basic . Zampelis needs to do something about the lighting in their cafeteria it's very dark it needs better lighting !!
C.I have always loved Zampelles. Great tasting food. Great prices. Massive range of food options. Plenty of space to sit. They even ask if I want to add my own milk in my tea, which I appreciate a lot. Go there alone or with family or friends. It is a great atmosphere.
L.The vegetarian quiche was delicious and so is the steak pie. Always enjoyed our break there.

A.A bit of old fashion coffee shop compare to today cafe style, but still offer good selection of foods.
L.Good old fashioned cafe in Johnsonville serving traditional cafe food which is still tasty and filling without unnecessary frills typical of a modern cafe.
S.Lovely little cafe, but I have to say I pity the staff. Do they ever get days off? I walk by on a daily basis and see the same girl every single day. Does she ever go home?? She looks exhausted... someone give the girl a day off! I would feel more encouraged to go in if the staff didn't look so tired and drained....

A.Ok food. Eggs benedict had eggs with uncooked eggwhites. When asked to cook it more we were told rudely that we should have given specific instructions before.
Didn't order but saw the large mocha was $8! Thought a bit pricey

J.Popular spot in mall for a sit down meal. Hot roast meals are very popular.
l.Lovely little cafe. Away from the hussle and bussle of the mall. Quite busy during the time I went (11.30am), but understandably so, with it being great. Food tasted good. Partner had the eggs benni, great size. Will 100 percent go back again. Loved the coffee.
B.My favorite cafe for breakfast on my day off. I go there 1-2 times a week. Love the sandwich. French toast from the menu also tastes yum.

A.I LOVE THIS PLACE - the kind of old school to the max (and genuinely so) place that's very hard to find now! You can buy sandwiches by the half so you can mix and match (the cheese and onion is particularly excellent!) yummy old fashioned hot food options like mac n cheese, the cakes are scrummy and the milk shakes and iced chocs suitably decadent with heaps of cream. They even had a vegan pie option! And on top of that, staff are always friendly and nice. Always come here when I'm in Johnsonville .

k.I have unusually given this place an average score I normally quite like the food but on my latest visit it was well below my experiences of the past visits our hot meals (it was a very cold day) were luke warm at best and my pasta dish was really lacking in any flavour and that's a shame because this is our normal lunch place when I come to Johnsonville.
M.The staff are always friendly, very accommodating and extremely efficient at Zampelles! Along side their great selection of beverages, they have a reasonably priced filter coffee which comes with free refills and that's what I buy the most of, (due to having a small budget). I love that they have a beverage reward card where after buying 5 beverages and getting your card, (freely available right by the counter), stamped each time, the 6th beverage you get is free and you can choose what you like from the menu, regardless of what your first 5 beverages were! At the self service station there is free chilled and room temperature water available for all, plus, to go with hot drinks etc, there's a variety of sugars, from artificial to regular to raw, along with regular milk, trim milk, cream and you can ask for soy milk, too. I have yet to find any faults at Johnsonville Shopping Centre Zampelles & I highly recommend them.
K.Nice lemonade, Generous serving with the blueberry pancakes and lots of blueberries in them. Good amount of steak in a steak & cheese pie. Worth the price.

S.Always liked this cosy, retro cafe but the other day walked in and walked straight out again because it smelled bad. I think its the old carpet. Really is time now to refresh and redecorate the place.
