Tatiana really went ‘the extra mile’ for me this week to ensure that my mum received her Christmas gift from me … a Gift Voucher for RH Whakatani - her favourite coffee shop where she meets up with her friends every week. Tatiana welcomes this group of elderly people and has made them feel like family. This is extra special because most of them are far from their real families. I live in South Africa so this was all arranged via email during Tatiana’s busiest time of the year. She even sent me a photo of my mum receiving her gift. They really deserve a five star rating!!!

Both were delicious. Rather large for a coffee house. The scone was fresh, soft, and quite tasty. All in all, Food was so good! Service is super fast! I think it's a hot spot for the locals because I always seen the same faces come in first thing in the morning for their morning coffee and breakfast! Love this place! Thanks for having me!

Very disappointed. ordered something to snack& coffee. Noticed other customers getting their drink before us & ordering after us. Received our snack&still no coffee. Mentioned that we were still waiting&why. Informed our order had been misplaced. "Not good enough".Staff should be watching customers table# & making sure all have been served correctly. I enjoy going for my favorite coffee.

Just before heading out for a days fishing....looked for a place to have a coffee....Robert Harris looked so inviting with the shade of the trees outside. Went in and ordered a large flat white while my friend had a regular flat white and a cheese scone.....well did not disappoint.....lovely coffee and my friend said the muffin was outstanding....sitting outside was just what was the start of a good day. The frappes are delicious, though it would be better if there were options for drink add ons like a shot of flavours or chocolate chips. First time having the food there which took my rating down two stars because it's flavourless and unsatisfying and expensive. Just a bit of salt and pepper or even cumin would make all the difference to their food.
