N.The Gelato is divine with such a delicious variety of flavours that would satisfy the masses! That's not all though, the coffee is great and their savoury muffins are the best!
I suggest everyone living in or passing through Whangarei stop at Bocky Boo Gelato and really treat yourself!

Great place for us on our way in the road trip from far north.
The staff was kind enough to heat up our lasagne.
R.Lovely atmosphere here for families and all ages. Passionfruit ice cream was delicious and big pot of tea. Bit expensive for children's cones but ok if you only have one child! $6 cheapest. Would be good to offer kiddie cup for $3 and give half the amount.
1.They have really good selection of ice cream. Their ice cream is good quality as well They don't just use normal cheap ice cream.

D.Yummy gelatos to choose from. Staff are very friendly and location is in the heart of downtown so you wont miss it. They have a very cozy set up for big group of people inside and outside the store. Very clean and creative set up. Highly recommended

F.I couldn't resist stopping by while in Whangarei and I'm so glad I did! This place rocks and makes me wish I were in town longer so I could sample all the flavours. Staff are super friendly and the atmosphere is funky and comfortable. As someone who is conscious of reducing waste I appreciate the eat-in option!
L.I had a delicious Mocha Bocha Chocha here, followed by a yummy Nutella gelato. The design of this place is so cute! We will have to visit again next time we pass through Whangarei!

H.Fandidilytastic. Very original, with mouth watering creative flavors that never get old because of their cycling of their flavors on what seems to be a weekly basis.
I've made this part of my stop whenever I'm in town with a sweet spot to hit. 11/10 would recommend

M.If you are looking for great coffee on a Sunday morning in the middle of town look no further. Bocky Boo Gelato has your morning fix. Only thing was a child on the servers side trying to scoop ice cream, made my mum not want any. I still had some and the worker did her best to have the child not touch it so great job ☺️

M.Normally absolutely love this place. The chocablock flavour had hardly any shards of chocolate in it and I really missed the crunch - although the flavour was still to die for! I thought there used to be lumps /or something in the pineapple lump one, but nothing at all. Also nowhere that I could see for us to put our rubbish :(

S.Usually love this place whenever I come over BUT you must get the better sever or the ice cream amount is lacking. We had an older lady.
Hardly any in the cone and cup.
Seems like a common problem.
Watermelon could use a little more flavour - and less sweet.
Overall was pretty excited and was let down.

B.friendly place with welcoming seating inside and out. Gelato is a point of pride, plenty of unique and yummy flavours. Surprisingly, the black one, coconut and charcoal, was really good.

S.Lovely cosy, comfy, clean inviting atmosphere. Very cheery friendly service everytime we go there, once something went wrong with the coffee machine or something & our cuppas took twice as long to get to us, the guy was very apologetic & offered to get us something to eat - on the house! They have loyalty cards, which I love! And I hugely appreciate that finally we have a café that is open after work is over & even into the evening! Just like most cafés in Europe, :) Highly recommend this place!
R.Power wheelchair and mobility scooter friendly, Excellent home made ice cream. Me and my wife enjoyed stopping in, and have to buy one.
V.A young boy served us. We all got the same priced icecream and they varied in size from miserable portion , less miserable portion to adequate portion. I recommend they get an ice cream scoop to get consistently same size and value ice creams. Those silly flat spatulas are useless and make for slow service and inconsistent sized ice creams. Will not be back in a hurry. Ice cream did taste good what of it.

M.I had a really good experience here with my wife. unlike these 2 French people that moaned about the size of the coffee to each other for at least 20 min, and checking on the Internet to see if the size corresponded with eu regulations. Don't like it dont drink it, but please don't complain constantly so others have to listen.

A.Well what do i say , there ice cream was fantastic so creamy (would recommend the red valet) and the service was friendly, if they can come up with a white sugar free product there will be problems for me to stay away, as it is i will be taking friends and family to visit. (it has to be very good for me to write a review)
