Reviews of Cafe Narnia

Eggs Benedict with Salmon together with Omelette were a perfect combination for us. The side salad could make use of a dressing though.
Altogeher it was a lovely meal and good service. Will definitely come back soon.

The food was very nice and filling , the cups of tea were generous , the cold water was ideal and the fans and heat pump made it very comfortable. The staff were friendly, helpful and laughed at my humour ( a bonus). Cafe Narnia always seem to hit the target .

Amazing food, excellent hot chocolate, coffee was amazing, freshly cooked mushrooms... serving size was just right but the food tasted fresh... amazing will be back :)

I really enjoyed this cafe, it was nice to be welcomed by both staff members at the till. Lots of seating and space to spread out. Standard tables also some comfy couches with coffee tables, also another room of seating. I had a savoury cheese and onion tart and lemon cake, with a almond milk chai latte. All pretty decent and quickly served.
It has a ramp entry and steps so every body friendly. Parking on the surrounding streets.

I had salmon eggs benedict and my partner had the big breakfast which we both enjoyed. First cafe that I could get avocado and salmon without having to pay extra but hollandaise wasn't the best but still ok. Huge portions made it that much more enjoyable. Cafe is a little outdated and hot chocolate a little milky although bowl was very large. Staff are friendly. Good pricing here.

Highly recommend this cafe. Nice relaxed environment, fantastic customer service, fair prices and really yummy and good quality food. My partner and I could barely finish the generous portions. Thank you to the staff 👍

Always lovely staff and meals.. I take my mother for a treat when I go to visit her as she lives just down the road from Cafe Narnia.

Friendly, homely non pretentious style.Great Covid 19 care, asked to see my pass ...so pleased I was kept safe. Delicious food. I recommend Narnia. Thank you

A quaint and quirky cafe which serves the normal menu you'd expect of kiwi cafes.
Cafe Narnia is a little light on the Narnia theme but depending on what door you walk through you do get the chance to walk through a wardrobe to another world. What's on the other side is much more like your normal cafe then a mystical wonderland, but not sure you should expect anything much more.
The food was good, nothing out of the ordinary, stock standard cafe food made to a good standard. Their iced coffee was one of the best I've had, creamy and only mildly sweet.
Nothing special but would return again.
