Vanessa went above and beyond to help me with my new TV today. It started with being very responsive to email queries, and then staff being on site for extended holiday hours. She helped me carefully get the new set to my car and strap it in for a safe journey, and also took care of disposal of my previous set, because I made a purchase from them today. Really appreciate that you all are working on the holidays, and managing a busy day so well. Fantastic service out of everyone there today. I look forward to returning one day soon to check out the vacuum cleaners.

A bought a Beko dishwasher several days ago. It was a fantastic, faultless experience on all fronts, from the initial contact all the way to delivery and installation. First-class service, excellent and fast communication, great price, great honesty (they even offered me a slightly discounted price on an already very good price, without me even asking for it!), and on-time delivery and installation. A particular personal thank to Winston Lim for his great service and lightning-fast communications. We phoned to purchase a side by side fridge freezer. The sales person was amazingly thorough, making sure it would fit into the existing cavity etc and then gave us the best price as confirmed by priceme. The followup email had 3 attachments re the product and installation. When we collected it, 3 additional staff were involved, all were extremely efficient, courteous and helpful. Based on this experience, this would be my first store for any future purchases. From go to woe you will not find better.

I enqired about some washing machines by email. I got a reply overnight answering all my questions. I sent a text message the next day to confirm price match and delivery details. I got a text back right away. I popped down to the store at Manukau to check out the unit. I was offered the Black Friday price that was $200 less than the price match! The delivery was arranged on site and the unit was delivered and installed the following day. The easiest and the smoothest purchasing experience ever!!

This place is so good! We were in the market for a new clothes dryer. Shopped around but couldn't really decide on what to get. Had been to other stores but no one could answer the specific questions I had. Then I found this place! These guys (especially Winston) know their stuff. Could tell me the advantages and disadvantages of each model within my price range. We're the best prices I could find as well. Delivery is cheap and we ended up getting exactly what we were after the next day. Can't recommend this store enough! Also purchased a washing machine from and was updated about a promotion that we qualified, post purchase. Very thankful.

Would give more STARS if I could. To begin... the fridge space in my new home is quite unusual. I had done my research before going out shopping. There were only 3 types of refrigerators that would fit in that space. Winston from Lim electronics was the only person who named all those out for me when I told him the dimensions of the space. No other sales reps from other stores could, or simply didn't care. I was impressed with his knowledge. He was super helpful, knowledgeable, professional and wasn't pushy. Due to unforseen circumstances I asked if he could hold it for me in storage for a while as I did not know my move in date. What I thought would be about 2-3 weeks turned out to be way more and was stressful as is. Winston comes to my rescue again and helped me with storage for a longer period. He could easily refuse however in this time of need he decided to take one stressful situation off my mind by just helping me in any way he could. It wasn't just about making money as a business. The service I've received from you guys has been beyond amazing. Winston has gone above and beyond for me and I would like to thank him from the bottom of my heart. THANK YOU 😊

If you're reading reviews to decide where to shop, you should know you're in good hands at 100% Lim. A family business with genuine care and support. Small enough to care but big enough to be offering the same prices you'd get anywhere else (and in many cases, better). These are the types of places people should be supporting. You'll get good service and they'll do their best to get you what you want with no attempt to push any unwanted extras on to you (but helpful advice if you need it). I bought my new TV here. I felt I could trust them and they knew what they were talking about. I left feeling good about what I bought and more importantly, feeling good about who I bought it from.

What a pleasant experience It has been dealing with Lim Electronics (Both Winston & Dylan). I have a background in sales so always do my research first. The Team were knowledgeable and Professional and what I particularly appreciated was the “no pressure” sales approach, especially after I turned up 15mins before their closing time on a Saturday afternoon! We recently visited the store to shop for a new TV, microwave and fridge. We were greeted promptly by the shop staff however the boss of the store Winston Lim came out of his office to serve us instead. He was very knowledgeable and provided us with tons of advice on the products available in the store. These guys are totally amazing. I took an erg machine to be fixed, where absolutely no-one else had been able to fix the electronics on it. It was close to closing time on a Sunday and the most brilliant lady technician basically performed the most complex of repairs and sorted it for us on the spot. The prices there are amazing and frankly I can't speak highly enough if them. If you need any electronic repairs done, really quickly, at an incredible price then look no further, these guys are the bomb.
