Excellent service ! Justin picked my laptop brought it back all fixed a few hours later. I highly recommend his company. Honest and very reliable.

I contacted Justin 12pm on a Sunday about a faulty power supply on my PC - within a couple of hours we arranged a time for him to come by to pickup up my machine the next day, he sourced a 10 year warranty supply for me, installed it, and had the machine back to me by 7pm Monday. Excellent service all around!

Encountered this terrible technical issue with my work PC in the early morning and contacted them, got a reply very quickly and narrowed the range of the possible causes and provided a series of clear instructions on how to troubleshoot. Justin and Patrick were very accommodating, my PC parts took almost 3-4 months before it arrived and they were kind enough to keep my pc safe until then. PC is working now, my rbg lights for my fans were turned off as a precaution as per their advice and they also updated my BIOS for the new Intel microcode fix so I don't have to anymore.

Very glad to have it working properly again! Great communication with timeframes for ordering parts etc. UPDATE: Just back from the second repair they've done for me (oops!) and I am very happy with their work. Depending on what needs doing, you can wait while they do their stuff, or drop it off and pick it up later in the day.
