Excellent service from Bloody Computers. Billy was very knowledgeable, helpful and got us all sorted fast. Highly recommend to anyone wanting good service and communication.

Was a lifesaver when my laptop was broken and getting repaired. Best price that you can find and extremely helpful, I was able to get a laptop the following day. Billy is amazing, and will be the first person I go to if I ever need a laptop again.

Responsive, professional and proactive. Billy is switched on. He fixed my laptop remotely, updated Windows, created disk space by configuring one drive and setup an auto backup. 10/10 in service, speed, professionalism. Bonus Billy is an awesome chap. Thanks Bloody Computers

I can't speak highly enough of Billy! As a web and graphic designer, it's so important my computers are performing well. He is so good at finding the right solution for me and he's always straight on the case when I have a problem. Although I'm certainly not his only customer, he does an amazing job at making me feel like I am! Highly recommend Billy and Bloody Computers.

Absolutely brilliant service! I needed to borrow a laptop when my flight home got cancelled so I could work from Auckland and Billy sorted it out for me so quickly. I was set up with a laptop within a day. Can't thank them enough, life savers! Definitely recommend to anyone in need of laptop rentals.

Made sure I was taken care of being a uni student. Got recommended these people by word of mouth and im so glad that I did. My current laptop at the time had just fried itself and each diagnostic would be around $150 and the repairs would be around $400. I reached out to hire a laptop but Billy took care of me far and beyond. He opened up my laptop in minutes and recovered all my data in minutes RIGHT IN FRONT OF ME. He even upgraded laptops for me and gave me a hard drive adapter. Really made sure i was taken care of. He would even txt me if the laptop I hired was working out. What a customer experience.

Yup! I'm one of those uni students that didnt save my uni work onto an external harddrive and had a file corrupt just as I was going to hand an essay in for grading! Thankyou to Billy who saved me more tears and sleepless nights. Super responsive, explains everything fully (great for those like myself who dont know much about computers), and also gives great advice to avoid the issue happening again!
