M.My Brother Printer was repaired under warranty. Citywide were fast and efficient. They even delivered the printer back to me!
A.My printer developed a problem and Brother Services gave me the phone number of Citywide Tech. I took the printer in and they gave me immediate help and advice and replaced some parts. But there was still a problem and an agent came out to the house the next day. All is now sorted and those I dealt with were friendly and punctual and it's good to know that that support is there if something goes wrong.
