W.Very happy with the service received, although there were a bit of a delay, because of the COVID19 lockdown - this however were outside of their control. Service was very swift post lockdown and communication was excellent. Ashley was quick to respond, and my speakers were repaired and sent back to me.
C.Really pleased with Computer Dynamics. My Onkyo Amp had a fault. Would not power up. I made contact and the prompt response was fantastic. Ashley took care of the whole process and in no time had my Amp back. Awesome service. Highly recommend.
S.I called computer dynamics for a second opinion & spoke to Ashley & she was extremely informative & helpful. I dropped my a/v reciever off & was told 3-5 days repair time & the total cost. 5 working days later i got a phone call saying it was ready for pickup & there were no "hidden" charges. A very honest & professional company who lives up to their word. Thank you for a great service!
P.I bought an AV receiver from one of the retailers CDL supply to and unfortunately managed to create a wiring fault when I first hooked it up and blew a channel - all within the first two minutes! I contatcted the retailer who put me in touch with these guys. Without fuss Ashley accepted the unit back, and because they wanted me to have a good experience of the product, completed the repair free of charge and couriered it back to me within a week. That's what I call great customer service, and I'm still a fan of the brand I bought.
