G. A.One year, right on Xmas Eve our hard drive crashed as we were preparing to pay staff holiday pay etc.
They worked through the holidays to change it over and recovered some of the data from the old hard drive enough to get it up and running.
We learnt a lesson through that, insufficient backups became a thing of the past as Computer Services installed backup software.
