P.Kiwis will hate me for saying this, but ever since I migrated from the UK I've struggled to get good service from most suppliers in this part of the world. After buying from all the usual places (including the bigger outfits) there was always something or someone that let me down. Elive absolutely rock! Forget PB and all the others. If you want great prices with great service over the phone, there isn't anyone else worth entertaining in my view.

L.I ordered a case for my laptop, before they sent it to me i realised it was the wrong size and emailed them. I had immediate response with solutions offered. In the end i got a refund as i couldnt find an alternative case. They were professional, polite and were great about the inconvenience! Highly recommend
A.Ordered a 27" screen on a Sunday night. Order processed by 10am Monday. Shipped by 3pm Monday. Delivered to Northland 10am Wednesday. And this was the first day of Auckland's L3 lockdown so they likely had their own adjustments to make on Monday, plus stretched couriers.
Site is nice to use. Researching this screen, they were cheaper than a lot of others. Free Shipping and no card processing fees at checkout is underrated. What you see on a page is what you pay. Easy.
Safe bet for online shopping, especially with Covid creating urgent situations for hardware. I'll be using them again.
