I have a small business and have been using Ezone Computers in Lake Rd, Takapuna, for a number of years for computer support. They provide excellent service and do what they say is necessary to ensure my computer continues to work well. Always reasonably priced and the job is always completed as quickly as possible. I went to them as my keyboard wasn’t working at all anymore. They replaced it really quickly, calling me for every update they had. Really good price and awesome quality service.

Amazing customer service and staff. I went in looking for one specific part and they didn't try to sell me anything extra or pester me about anything, just sold me the part and asked if there was anything else they could help with. I had been shopping for PC Towers earlier in the day and could not find anything under $100. I only needed an old case, nothing fancy or new. They gave me one of their spare PC Towers completely free as they preferred that over it going to the rubbish. I suggested to pay and they said not at all, we aren't going to take money when this was earmarked for the tip anyway. Super friendly and would definitely go back for everything computer related I need.

Excellent same day turn around service from technicians who really know their stuff! They could have sold me a new laptop but instead took my slow old laptop and transformed it into a beast, all within a few hours! Awesome guys, couldn't have asked for better - thanks Andrew.

Called past ‘en spec’ on 9 January with a damaged WD external hard drive which had suffered a fall and had stopped working. These guys did an immediate and foc diagnostic check and ascertained that the disc itself was damaged and the data would require recovery by a professional company - whose name and address they provided. I could not have asked more of them!

Used their services twice. Fixed laptop quickly. Knowledgeable, professional, friendly and the cheapest quote. Fixed in one day. Could not be faulted.Recommended to other people I know and they say the same thing.

You do not find a place like EZone Computers very often. Was having problems with my MacBook Pro. They fixed the problem and upgraded my IOS. Then when I was having trouble connecting at home, they made a "House Call". You can not get better customer service than Ezone Computers. I think they are the best around. When my connection was slow and would not download my updates, they did it for me at the shop. Who could ask for anything more. Great Price, Great Service, Just plain GREAT!
