This company is one of the best computer solution companies I have ever dealt with. I really needed a server repair urgently so used the techs at Future Pc. They were very professional and an engineer was onsite quickly. Our mail server was repaired quickly. Excellent service. Rang Future PC with my laptops error message to get a rough idea over phone of time/costs etc. They arranged an urgent courier for me to collect my laptop. Was picked up & I was phoned only a few hours later for a run down. This is the 2nd time I have been to Future PC & would not go anywhere else. Friendly, professional service

I had a rather bad experience with them. First of all, you have to pay for a computer inspection even if they do not do anything with your computer - it can be said that you need to pay for nothing. There is much more to the story but let's just say, if they tell you how much the job will take, add extra twice as much time to it! Seriously! Maybe it's just for a usual client but still... In my case, we agreed that the whole service will be done for a specific price. At the end, the price was ~50% higher. The guy said that there was a misunderstanding. I throw my hands up. Fortunately, he did some extra cleaning of the laptop which was not a part of the deal so at least because of that I was happy. I do not recommend their company at all! 3/5 because of the extra cleaning and fixing the issue but the new appeared after that which I solved on my own afterwards.
