I've been to many computer repair shops in my life, and although they fixed my problem, I wouldn't be able to name any of them, as they didn't leave an impression on me, that's until I came across GBC computers. From the initial phone call, to finally bringing my laptop in, the customer service was fantastic. I explained my issue over the phone, and was told someone could pick it up, if I wasn't able to drop it off. I took my laptop in later, and was greeted by the lovely man I spoke to over the phone. He fixed my laptop on the spot (had a water damaged keyboard), and chatted happily throughout the service. When I went to pay, he said there was no charge, and he was happy just to help me... I was absolutely blown away, as I didn't have the use of my laptop for weeks, and couldn't believe the absolute kindness of this wonderful man. I had tears in my eyes as I left, and will be eternally greatful to him, and the kindness he did for me... I can't recommend GBC computers enough, and would've given a much higher rating if it was possible. They give a new meaning to service with a smile!

I can`t thankyou enough for you shine and make peoples day such as mine worth the wait. I was nervous before I called for someone to show me how to load zoom app. You suggested over the phone it would be cheaper to do remote viewing, that way you could show me on my laptop how it all works. The sound, Camera and Join meeting invite. Then you helped tidy my desktop, get rid of un necessary apps and promotions. It was amazing I am so grateful. Finally I have found honest I.T. GBC is professional and can be trusted with your tech needs. The owner, Fariz went above and beyond to resolve the problem with my laptop when there was a mix up with the supplier and I was given the wrong laptop part. Fariz sorted this out, picked up the correct part personally and installed it staying later then his usual business hours to do so. Getting your tech gear fixed can be terrifying as you worry about being scammed etc but Fariz communicates effectively and ensures that you receive excellent customer service and exactly what you paid for. I'll be coming here again and will recommend GBC to anyone I know for tech repairs. Thanks again Fariz!

Solid clean and service done on my gaming PC. Restored my liquid cooling system to its brand new state, really quick turn around, good comms and my computer thanks me for finding GBC. Fast service! I was quite nervous taking my MacBook into a computer technician BUT Fariz thoroughly explained what the issue was with my device and what needed to be done to fix it. After replacing the DC charging port that I damaged, there were a few issues with the laptop maintaining a charge at all. I was accepting that I would have to take it back to his place of business but Fariz went above and beyond to get it sorted, including coming to my work (twice!!) to collect/return the laptop to me. Now I have a laptop that is working exactly as it should and I''m very happy. I believe it is important to support local business and would absolutely recommend anyone to go and see GBC and Fariz. Amazing service; wonderful director. I called them and director Fariz answered. He provided a time on the same day I could bring the computer in. I needed help with an operating system installation and he and his team had it done for us while we waited. You know those guys that say, "We can't do that for you today. Maybe bring it in next week?" Ya, Fariz was not one of them. His willingness to work with a customer is exemplary, and he provided a service that "the other guys" wouldn't or couldn't guarantee. I am so glad to have found this place it is definitely my new go to. The service was impeccable, the pricing was fair and actually cheaper than others I had tried, I was treated with the greatest respect and efficiency, speedy service: my phone was fixed within a hour, the guy who helped me (I need to find his name) was awesome he was confident, friendly and made sure I knew all basis. Was hesitant to take my laptop to get fixed as the last person I took it too said it wasn't worth fixing. I knew my laptop had issues but was still worth fixing and saving as it wasn't that old. I called up GBC and took my laptop in the next day! Amazing amazing service! Fariz managed to save all my old files that had precious memories in it which I'm so grateful for! Computer died on a Sunday, who you gonna call? GBC Computer Solutions that's who. Dropped my PC off and it was ready after a few hours for pickup. Problem was tricky to find (mother board transistor and power supply) but find it he did. Excellent value for money and work is fully guaranteed. Can't recommend Fariz enough.

Top notch and very fast service. My dog dropped my laptop and cracked the screen, while I was in the middle of a very urgent assignment. When I checked with the manufacturer, they offered to repair the laptop in 5-7 business days. Luckily, I called GBC Computer Solutions Manukau and spoke with Fariz, who understood the urgency and the laptop screen was replaced within an hour without any additional charges. Okay overall, Fariz seems to have a habit of saying he'll complete the job much earlier than he actually does, and from my experience has not so good communication. Was friendly though, and got the job done well enough in the end for a fair price.

Highly recommend!! Fariz was so helpful, professional but friendly at the same time. No charge to inspect laptop, and got back to us in a timely manner with results of inspection before proceeding with any work! Laptop successfully repaired (he even gave it a clean as well!). My daughter's chromebook needed a screen replacement. After disputing the price with PB Tech, I took it to GBC. Fariz had a look and was able to quote me a way better price in comparison. What a tech wizard. Thank You Mr Fariz. I has issues with Boot Configuration Data(BCD) for Windows10 and my laptop was 2 months old. Called few Computer repair shops and all of them informed that I had to re-install the Windows 10. But I wanted to keep Windows 10 and wanted only a recovery – back to how my laptop was! When I called Mr Fariz and discussed my issue, I was 100% sure that he would definitely fix my problem. Mr Fariz would listen to the problem and give a perfect solution.
