Gareth and Geek Squad have been excellent to deal with, he explains everything very clearly and he is honest and reliable. Gareth has done 2 set ups for me as well as helped out on a range of tech issues i had before engaging Gareth. I wish i had engaged him when i first set up my business. Gareth and Greek Squad have demonstrated a very professional attitude and saved me when I had a serious issue with my laptop. I approached Gareth after hours when my device went kaput all of a sudden while I was preparing my presentation the following day. Gareth was super responsive, and he managed to fix my laptop in a couple of hours, and the rate he charged was very reasonable and affordable. Thank you Greek Squad and Gareth. You are the best!

If there was an option for 6 stars I would give that rating! Had a business critical scanner that stopped working, Gareth was able to access my computer remotely and fix the problem on the same day. No, two to three day wait like other companies. To make this even more impressive he did it after usual trading hours for us. Am glad to have found our new "go to" IT provider for the future. Gareth has been a life saver. When my computer crashed, he arrived out of normal hours, and completely restored it back to normal. Nothing was too much trouble to get it back to the way it was originally. Great communication and with a smile. This guy is a genius with everything technical!
