Fantastic Service. I really liked how these technicians comes to you, makes a diagnostic and can repair your device the following day (ps: depends on what needs to be fixed, may differ for other issues). Thank you so much iT2ME. Great service, prompt reply to our enquiry. Reliable people to deal with. So much better than taking your computer to a service shop and pray they will not delete anything important (as it happen to us twice). Martin the IT who came to us was very nice, well dress and polite. I have no hesitation to recommend their service.

Quality technicians and speed is what u get with It2me. Macbook screen broke, quick call and cost over the phone, at my place within 2 hours and the laptop is humming again. Noel Leeming is 2 weeks. They stand by their work, friendly, reasonable price and SPEED. Will use for all my IT issues.

I had previously been told that my Macbook could not be repaired by a "professional" but after a few minutes with IT2ME my Macbook was running and they were able to easily diagnose a minor issue and have it running. They were extremely professional & friendly, so easy to deal with and were more than willing to go the extra mile. Thank you so much !! Life savers :)

Fabulous service, really recommend it. My son wanted to upgrade the speed on his PS5 and the team at iT2ME recommended the hardware needed, installed it for him and showed him how to do it so he got a little IT lesson along the way. Couldn’t recommend enough.

I cannot recommend iT2Me highly enough. I was suddenly locked out of my computer following a Window's update and after trying everything set out to fix it had no luck. Running a Rescue Organisation it is a must for me to have access to my files. I rang iT2ME at 8.45 in the morning, but 1030 their technician, Martin, arrived. He was so nice, followed the covid protocols, spent a bit of time trying the obvious solutions, then when that didn't work, reset things, sorted out new passwords and even adjusted my phone and tablet to the new password settings. Extremely helpful, very polite, definitely a great ambassador for the company. I had rung previously a computer company who said it would be about 10 days for them to be able to fix it, iT2ME had it sorted the same day. Brilliant.

Fantastic service. Thank you Martin for the great support. My computer broke in the worst time during Covid lockdown. Martin was wearing a face mask all the time, which was much appreciated. He arranged the best computer for my needs and set it up completely, so I didn't need to worry. Now I am able to continue working from home and there was no disruption in my days.
