This is absolutely the best place to get your new computer/any other tech needs. The service is unbeatable, you will never leave unsatisfied. The crew is super knowledgeable about their stuff too which is really helpful. Extra congrats to Sam from the Albany store, who went above and beyond today with excellent customer service.

Just Laptops have provided me with outstanding customer support and after sale service. Having had a fault with a laptop nearing the end of warranty. Just laptops made the process of evaluating to repair a simple fix. Highly appreciate and recommend.

Great customer service, brought in a laptop to other place in Albany to fix, been told cannot be fixed, quoted $1250 for motherboard replacement, and charged $85 for inspection when I asked to cancel the job. Brought in to Just Laptops in Albany, they have fixed the issue within 2 days and it costs me $280 only, can't recommend more.

Fantastic customer service and an even better selection of laptops. Would highly recommend.

I phoned this morning for advice connecting an Acer laptop to an old HP screen: your answer to use a HDMI to DVI-D cable was spot on. There is so much contradictory and out of date "helpful" advice on the web and it was great to get accurate advice on the phone. Thank you so much for this help during lockdown.

Huge thank you to the lads at Albany Justlaptops top quality customer service and workmanship there was a minor hiccup with my order but the boys quickly fixed it no fuss at all my son is over the moon with his new set up so again thank you guys we appreciate it all

AMAZING SERVICE. I highly recommend this store. I went in to find a suitable laptop, they showed me exactly what I wanted to look at. I told him my requirements, he went so far as to recommend a model down from what I'd been looking at ( I bought the fancier one anyway, haha ) Couple months later I took my Father in to get a laptop, again, they recommended a couple of laptops much cheaper than what he inquired about more suited to his needs. They aren't looking to rip you off, they genuinely want to help. I will be getting all parts through these guys when needed.

I can't recommend Just Laptops enough. I 100% trust their advice and likelihood to stand behind their products and warranties. The first time I visited just laptops I foolishly ignored the expert advice given to me by the staff in Albany and bought the laptop I had my heart set on rather than the computer that suited my needs. After two days my mistake was clear, I returned to store and begged them to work out a restock deal. While they are not obliged by law to restock they choose to work with me. In the end I listened to their advice and walked out of their store with a computer that suits my needs. Thank you Rex for your expert advice and fine customer service.

Amazing quality and service! I bought an ex-demo, HP Omen laptop a couple of months ago for an excellent price. It was delivered very quickly and arrived well package and in great condition. I also received a thank you card for choosing their company over all others and thought the was a sweet, personal touch. Would highly recommend this crew. They care about their customers just as much as their products. Keep up the good work!

After visiting the store today looking for a laptop for my daughter we were greeted by Forrest our sales consultant who had a great sense of humour and was most helpful in finding us the best options for our requirements. Highly recommended

Had an issue with a laptop that I bought from here. After much back and forth between Just Laptops, the ASUS service center and the ASUS distributer the issue is finally resolved. Just Laptops was very good with communication, and tried their best to get the issue resolved with follow up emails etc (it was basically all out it their control). Would recommend this business to others!

Good value but not much communication

Just laptops have been awesome to deal with they stand behind there product and are very honest when telling you about a product or service!! Best computer retailer I've ever did business with strongly advise it!!

I did an online order from Hamilton and received my laptop in 3 days. I had some questions after I received the machine and I was given advice and help straight away. They called back when they said they would and were willing to go the extra mile to make sure the deal worked for me. Would definitely do an online purchase from this store again.

Took a laptop in for repair. While they couldn't repair it - long story - they were very helpful with suggestions as to what I could do on insurance! Most impressed with their willingness to help. Also, the investigation was less than originally quoted!

Great little store, geared towards people into gaming and high quality laptops. I was impressed with the amount of staff given the small shop sixe, their good service and ontop of that the guy went the extra mile to allow me to pick up a trademe auction there instead of the other location half an hour away. I will deffenitly be coming back for any and all upgrades I do to my Acer Aspire 5. Just as good if not better than PB Tech. 10/10 A++++

Excellent service, quality laptops and committed to look after your products even years after buying. I'm very glad to deal with Neil and his colleagues. They were so helpful at the time of making the decision in what to buy, giving alternatives in detail, etc. I was so happy with my Sony Vaio, which ran so well for about 5 years until it failed. It was repairable but a local computer company here in Tauranga messed it up, damaged my motherboard, and stole my 16gb ram!!! unbelievable. I contacted Just laptops and they help me with the diagnosis, gave me advise all free of charge! and were so helpful so I can settle with the thiefs who ruined my Sony piece of art

I popped in to Just Laptops Albany as I had an error with my drop box and files weren't downloading. Rex took the time on the spot to fix it! He explained everything to me in non tech speak and was outlining possible solutions. Turns out it was an easy fix and sorted within 15 mins. Great service, very personable and easy to deal with. I will be going back in the future.

This is the first time I type an review on any website, their people has been very helpful, very friendly and professional, I have had an old PC with Haswell Core i7 CPU and old GTX780 graphics card, considered doing some upgrade, sales team suggested me not to change CPU/Mobo/Ram at this stage, purchased GTX1070 Turbo, new SSD, new case, liquid cooling, LED fans and straps, few sleeved cable, their team has offered a free installation with all cable routing etc....chassis now looks way wee better than previous one, nice large side window with perfect cable management inside, the LED + LED fans are so sexy, with a way lower $$$ than what I expected to pay, my rig is like reborn now! Very happy and highly recommend!

Great services, boys in the shop been very helpful, I called in to ask some questions as I wasn't sure about using Windows 10, they have been real patient with me, spent nearly 30 mins to help me solve the issue, recommended to all.

The excellent selection of laptops made my decision to purchase my next device from Just Laptops easy. I was able to find a variety of laptops that fit my budget and spec requirements. I also appreciate being able to find a nondescript laptop as many computers with the specs I need, at the price point I can afford tend to be gaming laptops and the style doesn’t appeal to me. The purchasing experience was excellent. I transferred the money online on Sunday night and it was shipped by Tuesday morning. I loved opening the laptop to a full battery and all the clunky windows updates etc complete. It made the initial experience way better. Really appreciate the imagine shopping experience and I wouldn’t hesitate to purchase from here again. Thanks!

Always a great place for expert advise. Fixed my Facebook and our laptops. Been coming here for ages and Neil & the others are wonderful. Will fix anything computer wise and know everything about them. Always friendly and go out of their way to help. Great parking and easy access for wheelchair and walker.
