I have used Jarrod numerous times to assist me with my computer issues. Have found him to be invaluable, super informative.Whenever I call whether it be for advice or needing him out on site he is always quick to respond. Thanks Jarrod, keep up the good work.

Jarrod did an excellent job of repairing our computer and made sure everything was up to date after it died and was "supposedly" fixed by someone else. He also updated our mobiles so they now run more efficiently highly recommend his services. Fantastic job.

Jarrod set up a new iPad which involved disentangling info from two previous iPads (I know, we didn’t have a clue how we’d done it either). He was so patient, unraveling info and getting everything on track. I’m so glad we found him, and would have no hesitation in recommending him for any computer problems you have.

Absolutely brilliant! Jarrod solved all my issues on my iMac, he updated the OS and did my backups for me and answered all my questions. He came at short notice and saved me a small fortune at a super reasonable price.

I contacted Jarrod because my mac book pro was so slow. Immediately he understood my issue and made recommendations to rectify. Unlike most techy geeks, Jarrod spoke in plain English and with conviction. My conversation happened on Thursday, I delivered the pc Friday morning, and received a call a few hours later confirming all was done. I picked up the lap top this morning and I am delighted. We called Jarrod in to help us with our fiber network issues and business laptop setup. He provides you with honest IT opinions and recommendations which is rare to see in today's environment. He listens to what the problem is then goes to work. Highly recommend him when you want a quick and professional response.

We called Jarrod to help with two rogue printers. He responded promptly and attended the same day. He spent quite some time figuring out the issues and resolved them quickly much to our relief. Highly recommend Jarrod for all matters related to computer and printer issues.

Jarrod did a fantastic job of getting my Macbook back working properly. He identified the issues, reloaded the software and OS,was able to tweek it so it ran like a new machine. He also identified a problem wiith my router set up and as a result Spark had to replace it. While here he fine tuned my PC and back up systems to make sure all were functioning. The best thing of all was he came within an hour of my calling. You can't get better service than that!

I thought my computer had died but thanks to Jarrods patients and skill its up and running again. Very helpful, pleasant guy. So glad I found him!

Jarrod provided a prompt and efficient service on both occasions that he visited. He rectified the problems on my laptop, explaining the situation and making recommendations for the future. He also set me up with a far superior, more workable system and virus protection. If I have future problems I will call Jarrod as I have confidence in his abilities. Not being a tech person I had Jarrod recommend and set up a new computer system for me, plus take a look at my existing system which was having problems.. He was great to deal with, knowledgeable and quick and efficient, and kept in communication through the whole process. End result both my new and existing computer run like a dream. When my internet connection failed I was not at all happy as I need my computer for "work from home" secretarial services. Jarrod was recommended to me so I called him and he arrived within 30 minutes. He then identified my problem and had my computer up and running again within the hour. I was most impressed with this service, he was very pleasant to deal with and the cost was fair and reasonable. He recommended maintenance that could be undertaken at some future date to improve my system's efficiency. I would recommend him to any of my colleagues.

In a huge panic, my laptop died and I needed it urgently for my new job. Frantically I rang every computer guy on Hibiscus Coast. One place I visited said it's beyond them, our only alternative was their other store many miles away. We were halfway there when Jarrod rang. "Turn the car around" he said, and he took complete control of my problem. It ended up much more of a problem than anticipated but he didn't charge the four extra hours but kept to his quote. I am very grateful for his determination to get my laptop up and running in time. I have every faith in Jarrod. He is now my IT man!

Jarrod has looked after my IT issues for a few years. Always able to attend ASAP. How many others do that? Latest issue related to an older unit. Appreciated his frank opinions on my suggested replacement, and his alternative suggestions. Call for the doctor.

IT "Doc" Jarod has sorted Mac problems for me twice now .... once at home and the other remotely via Team Viewer. He is very pleasant to work with, keeps you informed and extremely efficient. Although I use my computer everyday, I know absolutely nothing about how it works, and now in my 90th year i merely know how to tap the keys and send emails.I still work as a journalist and and internationally acclaimed author and am able to continue doing so because of the magnificent technical help provided by Jarrod. This guy is just not good he is great and immensely eager to help. I owe him a great deal.

Used Jarrod @ MacIT Computer Service to advise, supply and install a new battery for my ageing MacBook Pro. Not an easy install given the way that the original batteries are near welded into the chassis. A great result and with an additional health check and fix of a couple of software items, my 2013 system is flying again. Great service from Jarrod @ MacIT. Jarrod is friendly and approachable gives excellent service and very knowledgable in all computers. He has been very helpful with us in fixing and giving us great advice in upgrading to a new imac.

Was frantically trying to find someone to help me with my sons laptop, he needed it sorted ASAP for school. Without a hesitation he helped me figure out the problem and offered to fix the problem pronto. Awesome work, my boys laptop is up and running and all ready for tomorrow. Awesome service, came out to my office when he said he would and fixed up all my issues with my Macs and found he was very knowledgeable about all other computer systems also. Happy to help wherever he can, even answers the odd query here an there via txt message or phone call. Great experience.
