F.I originally bought this item off Amazon, but it got refunded randomly before Christmas and I was in a panic to find find the same item elsewhere. So happy I found it at Mobile Station, especially since it was already in NZ !!! It got to me within the week and I was able to gift it to my brother on the day we had our Christmas plans. So happy 💕 would definitely buy from them again.
M.Like most online shoppers looking for a new phone, I was a bit hesitant about this store because they are less known & there's always that fear of getting scammed. But after doing my due diligence, I eventually bought the Samsung Galaxy S21+ from them because they had the Snapdragon version (which is rare in New Zealand) & they offer the Gem Visa 1-year interest free. The item was delivered to Waikato within 2 days and am very happy with it, quite an impressive phone. Easy communication too via email when I changed my mind for a different colour before the phone was shipped. I'd definitely consider getting my new phone here again when it's time to upgrade. I hope they continue to grow in NZ with an even wider variety of products at competitive prices.

Then know that the product will be delivered quickly and if there's an issue they will resolve it quickly, unlike some of the bigger companies where you can never get through to anybody and it's a nightmare trying to get a defective product replaced. Just hope these guys don't grow too quickly and stop caring about customer service.

M.I ordered the S20e phone which came with a free case and screen protector, I could not find anywhere the spes of the free case and wanted make sure the phone would be properly protected so I ordered the silicone case as well. It was delivered quickly but both cases were the exactly the same so a waste of money buying the second one. I dropped my phone out of my pocket a week later and the screen is broken in 2 places. the case is thin and the screen design protrudes above the phone casing (possibly a deliberate design fault so you will break your screen) The screen protector broke at the last corner while I was attaching it to the phone screen (I didn't know it was thin glass)so that was thrown away the day I got it. @*#!!

W.This is basically an online store that has a physical shop in a shared premises in Penrose. Very efficient, and allows collection if you wish rather than courier (it's not a show room). James was very helpful to get me the exact model Samsung phone that I wanted. Trusted vendor.

With regards to the product itself, I do not have any issues. I have only used the GOPro 8 on one occasion and have not pushed its capabilities but trust it will live up to its reputation.
M.I purchased a replacement phone as my old one's battery was failing. Ordering was simple, the replacement phone arrived in a few days, everything in working order. This is maybe the fifth phone I have purchased through Mobile Station over the years. Every time has been a good experience and competitive price.
If only the phone manufacturers could make devices that last longer ;-)

I thought it was a bit dodgy that the lens arrived in an unbranded box with no manual and a warranty card in chinese only. The customer service assured me it is an original and under warranty and since the lens is working fine, it's all good. It would just be good to know this when ordering

m.I bought a oneplus 8 pro from these guys. Great price compared to other companies. I think they order them directly from from oneplus in the US (since they don't have shipping over here I had to go through them). On the main oneplus site you get free wireless earbuds with the phone but with these guys you can't which is a shame (can I plz have those wireless earbuds I really love music lol) but all in all they had great service and cheep price. (would've been a 5 star review if I got the earphones but hey, can't have everything right.)
