Our Laptop died on the morning of Monday 13th December. This equipment being part of our POS system meant we were seriously stuck in our business. Our replacement purchased from another supplier got lost in shipping and by early afternoon, Friday we were seriously sweating. I rang around frantically looking for another unit. I finally contacted Chris @ NZ Laptop Wholesale around 3pm on Friday and he said he had a refurbished one on the shelf and would swap out the drive from the old unit into the replacement one. I crawled through motorway traffic from Mt Albert to Rosedale, with my mind preoccupied with thoughts of "I hope this works, else were are badly stuck." I needn't have worried in the least as within literally minutes of arrive at their Rosedale address Chris had it all sorted out. The refurbished unit from NZ Laptop Wholesale works perfectly. Many thanks Chris. I highly recommend NZ Laptop Wholesale for their superb service and extremely reasonable prices.

Went in looking for a particular model of Dell listed on the website. A very polite gentleman came out to greet me. Brought me the laptop in question without any delay for me to look at. Once I was happy with the deal to go ahead it was done. I did have to wait for a few hours(about hour and a half) for the order to be processed and picked up. Very happy with the service. Polite through and through. Would recommend for everyone. Five stars. 👍

I ordered this at 1am Sunday 12th July. It turned up at 7.45am this morning Tuesday 14th July. SO FAST!!!!! Thanks for the awesome service! The laptop is in good condition. One little dent next to the mouse pad however, I guess thats what you get with a second hand product. The main thing is that I get to save all my study work on it. Thanks again!
