Pricing is reasonable. Although my purchase did not go as planned (It wasn't deliberate or their fault), I appreciated that they were responsive, honest, and was more then happy to replace or refund me. I think their honesty will take them a long way. I wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again in the near future. Very good service! 10/10 stars for sure!

Thanks so much for the excellent service when I called the other day. It was great talking to an actual person, and you sending me the photo of the ports on the monitor I wanted was really helpful in getting the correct lead to hook it up to my Macbook. The other thing that I was stoked about was that I ordered the monitor on Friday, it was dispatched the same day, and arrived the following day! Thanks so much for this, I was expecting it to take longer considering it was coming from lockdown Auckland. When it comes to the actual condition of the monitor, it is exactly as you described over the phone - there is a slight scratch on the stand but other than that it's in perfect order. It was really well packaged too. All in all, I'm very happy with your service and can't stop telling people to go to you before they look at buying any new tech like this.

I’m very happy with my purchase. This is my first time buying a refurbished laptop. You honestly couldn’t tell the difference it’s in excellent condition. Product: The only minor, minor hiccup with the transaction was a faulty mic, but they switched the device, ran extra tests to ensure all components worked - no additional costs - and all completed these mods within the same day I reported the issue. I have the same version I initially ordered, but a different device initially shipped. Working perfectly now! Also, it is 237 instead of 250; not really as advertised. Website it reltively easy to move around and order and things are made pretty easy once you pay. You can either pickup or get them delivered. Delivered they are wrapped in bubble wrap and properly packed as well. No complaints here. Very good company to deal with.
