C.We made the change to Optimus Systems a few years ago and have never looked back. The team knows their stuff and are a pleasure to work with. We are not especially technical but have a heavy reliance on our IT system working, so the Optimus team holds our hand when needed, and gives us recommendations that will help keep our business secure. They have helped us grow and I'm confident they will support us into the future. A great partner for our small team and New Zealand businesses in general.
S.I have had to use Optimus twice in the last 2 weeks and their staff member was absolutely great.
They are our prefered IT go to for problems and they have never been stumped. Help all our staff to get our programs, competers and phones working again.

N.What an amazing team of people! I have had to call several times for help as I am not very good at all when it comes to technology. Every time I have rang the Optimus team they have been so supportive and very patient with me as they managed to help and sort my IT problems out thoroughly. I can not thank them enough for the amazing job they do!!!

R.Really great to deal with always friendly and helpful. They do what it takes to get the issue fixed. I don't think I've had an issue they couldn't fix. The response time is great - I've never had to wait a long time to get help. Keep it up!
A.I love the team at Optimus - have been using them for years and they are so helpful and really fast. They understand the urgency that business owners have when a problem happens and they are great at getting solutions to you so you are up and running again. The team are based in New Zealand which is great as they can come to you if you need them to.
S.The team at Optimus have been helping us now for the past 18 months at Centrestage Theatre. They have assisted us to upgrade our outdated systems and technology and their staff are always willing and able to go above and beyond the call of duty when we luddites have problems with our tech services. The service and support we receive from Optimus is quite simply excellent!
K.Working with team is truly amazing. They are so helpful, they know their stuff and know how to speak to people that are not tech savvy. There hasn't been a problem they can't solve (so far) and when they setup new users they setup EVERYTHING! right down to connecting them to the printer. I have not worked with an IT team this good in my career. I couldn't recommend them more.
