Ive been using this store as my main provider for over 5 years, Vicki and Josh are excellent. Recently purchased a new PC and they made the whole process convenient and kept the price well within my budget. Would reccomend to anyone needing tech solutions!

I've always had positive experiences shopping in-store or online. The staff are usually very welcoming and knowledgeable and get the job done without too much fuss. They have a fantastic range of phones and stock all the Chinese brands. They often have sales. They are all over the place now. Highly recommended

PB sales are worth looking at. This branch is a small shop with great services. Special thanks to Vicky for always providing excellent service and being so helpful. The other staff are friendly too. Although parking is a challenge here, we find ourselves keep coming back.

The staff at this branch are very knowledgeable and are genuinely interested in making sure I get what I NEED. Despite the size compared to other branches, this place is always worth a visit - common necessities are always in stock which is convenient for both passersby and students. Thanks Haley & Vicki!

Fast and adequately stocked. But a bit crampy. Staff is knowledgeable in the ways of the tech. Located on Level 2.

I got wonderful service from Duncan. I couldn't make the external DVD player I'd bought a couple of days earlier from the shop work on my laptop. In a trice, he had fixed it, showing his expertise was an awful lot greater than mine and going the extra mile in the process.

The smallest branch of PB Tech in Auckland, however, they do stock most of your IT needs especially for your study; especially if the item is popular - amongst students. The staff members are friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. They are now accepts American Express (Amex) as method of payment. Pretty much no parking area.

Needed replacement screen protector for iPhone 7. The suggested one, a Spigen brand 9H, was purchased, fitted by salesperson and is much better, more responsive and less fingerprints, than the one that was supplied by 2Degrees.

Amazing quality service from this guy called Steve who knows what he’s doing, would take his time to come explain the differences between each device. Very respectful and patient.

Went in to get a faulty micro usb cable replaced under warranty. The staff were able to give me a new cable within minutes as they had it in stock.

They had problems fulfilling my original order but later they offered better replacements and apologized for the trouble. Branch staff do not have any authority/desire to address customer problems but upper management make sure to keep you happy.

Great electronics under one roof. They offere repair services but are little expensive. But u can certainly look out for deals worth buying.

Visited during holiday but the opening hours differ to official one on google. Should be fine if it is during normal school days. Since it is in the school, it is quite small and lacks many products.

PB Tech UoA is a really good place to buy electronics in a hurry. The staff are very knowledgeable and really friendly. Would definitely shop there again

While the shop can be a bit busy at times, PB Tech staff at Auckland Uni branch are very tech savvy and offer solutions that are better than what I was looking for.

Awesome miniature shop. Great location for students. Can be a tad difficult to find. But that's not their fault.

Came when they had a sale. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They were also quite accommodating.

Want a USB-C to Display Port cable. There's none such cable in the store but the staff were nice and told me that I can make a reservation for the cable.
