M.Extremely thoroughly and well organised.
The great end if financial year sale must be an acclaimed success. I arrived to a 15m line of people waiting to get in - and when within a few metres of the entrance realised that the entry was being finely managed. Click and collect, one person at a time and told to go to a specific counter. Walking customers limited by a 1 out, 1 in so as not to crowd the shop. Only about ten minutes in line. A second person at the entry seem to be dealing exclusively with queries.
My online purchase was confirmed within the hour. And pickup arranged later the same day.
Professional, pleasant and helpful team members (especially given the 'crowd's wanting services).
D.I have had a really poor past few experiences with this shop. Most of the people there (not all) are very rude. I understand its a difficult time but all i wanted is my PC fixed. The people i have dealt with in the past were excellent but these past few times have been poor. I wish i knew the name of the technician that said "there was nothing wrong with my pc" because it kept rebooting randomly even after he said that. I doubt they checked for anything all but me and my friend (who helped build it) were able to figure it out through testing and google. Waste of time. The sales people are excellent but the repairs department need to do what they are paid for. Very disappointing. I definitely recommend shopping there but repairs? Not a chance.
J.Recently open new branch, great location. Gives another location of convenience for customers. PB tech are price leaders and also beats NoelLeeming and Harvey Normal on product range and choices. Before you buy elsewhere, always checkout PBtech and save. This store space is smaller to other PB tech stores but their comprehensive website will tell you if the items you are wanting are in stock or not. Very handy location, right opposite to St Lukes Mall (West Side) and parking spaces in front and nearby.

s.Called Friday for advice on chromebooks at Intermediate level and a very helpful young man suggested a rugged chromebook, so we popped over Saturday midday. Friendly young lady at the door directed us to the next available Sales Rep, Lukas, who was also very helpful and friendly. The monitor cable worked(yay) and we look forward to checking out the ASUS rugged chromebook
M.Thank you to Elijah P for helping me find an awesome pair of headphones. I wasn't sure what to get and he showed me heaps of options, was incredibly responsive to questions and I am super happy with my purchase. Also would like to mention the great work from the security guy with the black Nike face mask who was directing people outside - he was incredibly professional and communicated with customers so well. Very impressed by my visit to St Lukes PB today, thanks so much!

Q.Was served by a dude named Lucas multiple times. Was very impressed by his product knowledge, as he was able to answer almost every question I asked him. I asked A LOT of questions. He showed nothing but patience, and willingness to serve. Real cool dude, was super kind from the minute I walked in and he's given me some of the best service I've ever experienced in retail. Time for a promotion!

They helped me with a new laptop, listened carefully to my needs and when I had issues they dealt with it with a lot of care and understanding and I really appreciate the kindness shown to me by the ENTIRE staff here. I will definitely be coming back.
D.Placed an online order which was promptly filled and ahead of expected time which was great as I was in a hurry for PC cables. When I went to collect, they could not find the items on the collection shelves, but fortunately had more in stock so reasonably quickly found replacement items. Would use them again as store was convenient and prices fair.

The guy I spoke to was very helpful, he went and found the exact cables I needed so he could give me the right codes to search on their website. He was very patient and helpful.

The service was outstanding (thank you Elijah), nothing was too much of a problem from talking various products options, running out the back to show product, setting up new account. Will definitely revisit abd recommend this branch in particular.
K.Ordered an air purifier plus some stuff just before Christmas in stock. Item went out of stock soon after. They shipped just before new years but I notice the order didn't contain the air purifier and they told me it won't be shipped until end of Jan. I said I order this while it was in stock so why is there such a long wait? Tried to ask for a compromise because of a long wait but haven't heard from them since for 5 days now. Tried to call and sent repeated emails but no reply and they're not taking calls at the moment either...
Manage to get in touch finally and they cancelled my order as requested. Though it took twice, hope things are better next time.
B.Helpful, informative and a little more affordable. All round a good experience although they are very short on Samsung Galaxy S21 lifeproof phone cases with no idea when the next order will next come in...

M.Good products at good prices, however the queue for the checkouts was long yesterday, and there were a few, shall we say, "disagreements" between the customers over where the queue was. After a while we all got asked by a staff member "are you waiting for service?" - well what do you think we're doing? We're not standing in a line by the checkouts because we enjoy it! I get it - New Zealanders are not good at queueing at the best of times, but as a store, you should do your bit to make it obvious where you want us to queue up.
A.I had a great experience at PB Tech today. I initally went to the Manukau store and the sales people were amazing. They directed me the the St Lukes store which had the things I needed right off the shelf. Nan Chen at St Lukes store was great. He understood my needs, and what I had talked about with the Manukau team and I have walked away with a great package at a resonable price. Thanks team. I'll be back in the near future.
P.Wide range of quality computer technologies, bought a monitor from here ages ago at a very competitive price. Sadly the adapter range is very lacking, however for all your IT needs I'd go to PB tech.

S.Went first thing on a Saturday morning and it was so busy! So many workers but waited 20 minutes just to ask someone for help. Kept approaching staff whilst they were walking around, but they'd say that their busy. Finally after a 20minute wait someone helped me and they had to get the item from out back.
N.Just been here for Black Friday Sale. I can say They’ve prepared well for this event considering COVID-19. They are handing out masks (although I have my own) to customers, there’s limit to number of people inside, they sanitise every customers’ hands prior to entering! Well done!
