I was able to collect my new gaming pc within 24hrs after placing my order - Excellent service! A++

For those wondering about buying something or getting custom PC set up, you're looking at the right place. Ian and Yu is amazing and does look after their clients well. I had bought I7 8700K with 1080Ti back in July 2018 and my CPU liquid cooler leaked and damaged my graphics card. Ian and Yu have sorted out the warranty side cash settlement. Initially Deepcool company had offered $600 odd dollars for causing damage to my 1080Ti and with that money I could not get anything equivalent or similar graphics card. For replacement option they offered Refurbished 1080TI or 2070 Super. As I did not want refurbished item or 2070 Super as it's not TI version, I opted for cash settlement but it was a bit too low. Yu/Ian had gone back and got the deal up to $900 odd dollars and have decided to go with this cash settlement. Whole process did take a while (happened on 30/09/2019 and settled 22/11/2019) as damaged parts had to be sent to HQ in China, but outcome was great. Will be going into the store to get replacement cooler and add some money on top of it to get Ti version graphics card. Will def be going through PC Force for anything moving forward and highly recommend to anyone who wants to be treated like a customer!

Ordered a monitor from PC Force. Service was excellent and fast, I received the monitor today (1 day after ordering). Super happy! The box didn't even have a dent on it. Also, great prices from them!

I'd highly recommend PC Force if you're either experienced or just starting to get into computers. They've got a heaps of options to choose. I helped my Father buy a computer about a year or two ago, he's been loving it since day one. i5-7600k EVGA GTX 1060 6gb EVGA 750w PSU Case - Unknown Corsair H100i Corsair 2666mhz CL18 2x8 He uses it for his Business and for playing X-Plane 11. Paired with a LG Ultrawide 32' 2560x1080 75hz

Amazing customer service. Ordered something but they just ran out of stock so they offered me to get it when it came back in stock in a month. However I just asked for a full refund and they did it for me instantly. Would recommend

Great job, very knowledgeable staff. Went there to get my computer fixed and for potentially buying a new one, or new components. Ian was super friendly, exactly knew his staff and gave me very good adviser on upgrade/ replacement possibilities. While doing that here even managed to fix my computer in no time. Highly recommended, I was getting desperate after talking to 2 other shops before that seemed to know less about computers than I do. PC Force will be my go-to place going forward.

Excellent Service. I already had an idea of the components I wanted to have built into a new pc, so I walked into the store and spoke to one of the guys working there and he gave me all the information I needed. After they accepted my payment, they completed the build in a very timely manner and I was able to pick it up the next day. Very impressed.

10 Stars Customer Service very patient even after purchase on other tech stuff unrated to their sales. Order a new 2080 Super build from them yesterday got it on the second day.

good prices, fast delivery. I brought a heatsink which was relatively small and light. Arrived nice and quick (I asked not to be shipped fastways also as I'm not a fan of them which they oblidged )

This place i will never deal with any other company if i can help it. The knowledge base amazing and you know they are not there just for your money infact they helped piece together a machine that was cheaper and better than i planned for and got reasons as to why. Parts were later than planned and they were ready to lend used parts just so i could have a machine. I have been going to them for years since they were in highland park you guies never disappoint and do more than needed at times will always come back

Friendly Staff & Great prices. However, two occasions I asked if packages are signed delivery to which they confirmed it was.The first time my SSD was left at my doorstep, i'll leave to courier error but it happened again with rest of my gaming pc components. Hundreds of dollars of gear left on the doorstep for a whole day. Please talk to your couriers OR actually pay for signed delivery, I wouldve been more than happy to pay the premuim myself.

I just buyed a cooler master seidon 120v plus in midnight, and i let them know if i need it 4 days after that, and they send the item in the same day, and arrived in the next day, great cs !

I built my custom PC and could not work out why certain errors came up. I live in Hamilton and contacted PC Force and dropped it off when I was in Auckland next. They fixed the problem in the 1/2 day I was in Auckland and charged me $0 and if I needed more help to call them. An excellent customer service which is rare these days.
