M.I'm always anxious when my laptop needs work regards who to take it to, will they do a credible job and will the work they do, effective or not cost me an arm and a leg. I couldn't be more thrilled to have found Adam, now my PC fix it man for life! Great communication, excellent advice, lots of options, extremely affordable, efficient, fast, really listened and understood my needs and gave me great options and service. You'd be missing out to go anywhere else.

G.Adam is absolutely awesome. I had shipped my desktop from South Africa, had all the hardware dismantled to make shipping easier. Adam took all the bits and pieces, put them back together, did a full diagnostic check, identified problems and proposed various solutions for them taking into account the limited budget available. He prides himself on his knowledge, skill and service. Adam is my go to PC guy, he should be yours!

His communication, efficiency and work ethic are to be recommended. I am one who gets glassy eyed over techno talk. M.Highly recommend Adam at PC Works. He was not only able to recover all the data from my Laptop, but he managed to repair the faulty hard drive so we can continue to use it as a spare. In fact, I think it works better now than it did when it was brand new! In addition, he generously provided helpful advice on specs for a new laptop, transferred all the data onto it, and checked to make sure I had all the programmes I needed to quickly pick-up where I left off.
Adam was very responsive, honest about the options available to me, and provided a quick and cost effective service. I would absolutely contact Adam again with any future computer problems.
R.I am reasonably OK when it comes to most computer problems but when it comes to a failed hard drive you need an expert. Adam fulfilled this and retrieved the lost data I needed. He was very helpful and easy to deal with. Will recommend him to others.
A.I contacted Adam to help with my laptop heating issue. He was very professional even though I contacted him on a Saturday. He also practiced safety precautions for COVID-19 and he fixed and cleaned my laptop. I will be back again after a year or so for another service. Thank you Adam.

J.Adam came to my house within hours of my phone call at the time he stated. Yes we are local which is why I contacted him. He diagnosed the issue with my desktop and went about de installing the offending software and reinstalling same. Force removed some other offending software that had been installed without my knowledge.
Very happy with his workmanship and professional attitude.

a.Thank you Adam from PC Works. I was struggling with transferring my data from one MacBook Pro to my new Mac. What a relief it was for me handing everything over to you for you to sort it out, I was nearly tearing my hair out!! Besides doing what I requested, you went above and beyond:-
1) Sourcing and setting up a new external back up (with my permission)
2) Saving and archiving thousands of photos for me
3) Setting up three new user accounts on the old Mac for my kids (they are thrilled to bits, thank you)!
4) You even gave it a spring clean!!
I would definitely recommend you to family and friends, you saved me a giant headache and hours of my time, I can't thank you enough.

J.Took a quite old Pc that hadnt run for a couple of years. Still on XP. Adam managed to fix it and sort out some issues which involved replacing some capacitors and we got it back, Left it for a while and when it refused to go , took it back.He fixed the issue right away and explained it was just a loose memory card, Its old so it could happen again so he he showed us how to deal with it should it happen again., very impressed with him and service, Would recommend him to anyone.
