O. P.I needed my Dell laptop keyboard replaced, and ordered the part from PTL online. It shipped to me in Nelson overnight. It took me 2 days to change it and I found one key didn't work. I sent a mail to PTL and they responded immediately with an overnight post slip for me to return it. Due to the long weekend and a holiday trip I only sent it back a week later.
Again, I received a package back overnight with a new keyboard that works perfectly.
