P.I really love the service and value you get here. The price is much better price compare to other shops. The A grade off-lease laptop are good quality. When something goes wrong, they fix it promptly. No hassle at all. I have purchased two laptops from them so far and couldn't be happier.
O.I needed my Dell laptop keyboard replaced, and ordered the part from PTL online. It shipped to me in Nelson overnight. It took me 2 days to change it and I found one key didn't work. I sent a mail to PTL and they responded immediately with an overnight post slip for me to return it. Due to the long weekend and a holiday trip I only sent it back a week later.
Again, I received a package back overnight with a new keyboard that works perfectly.

J.Great customer service. Came with a laptop that had a charging issue, and they troubleshooted a solution for me in person - even though they could have easily told me that they will look at it at somepoint and that I will have to come pick it up another day.
S.These guys are super helpful! I bought a second hand device for one of my children. Although it had many scratches on the outside, the work they had done on the inside made the old laptop super fast and reliable. I would trust them with any computer queries and work needed. They are friendly and happy to help.

T.I purchased a Dell E6220 it works exactly as expected. I installed a SSD and the speed improved considerable. Overall very happy with the laptop. The people in the shop were friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend the company.
