Great service and most importantly they know what they are doing. The UEFI/BIOS on my daughter's MSI laptop was bricked and I couldn't find many service stores that even knew what I was talking about. TechCentral knew what I was talking about and replaced it with a new chip. They did the job well and even mailed it out to me during lock-down with secure packaging. Well done.

I went through a lengthy 3-4 month RMA process with my Asus monitor that involved multiple faulty units, a lot of frustration and disappointment. Peter from Tech Master was able to Liaison with the retailer on my behalf and come to the final resolution of replacement monitor in a new model. Peter remained calm (while sometimes I did not) and handled this very professionally. It would not be without Peter's commitment to resolve the RMA that we would have the fantastic outcome that we have today. Thanks!

TechCentral's Team was amazing while managing my Asus ROG monitor's RMA, they took charge of everything and got it fixed in less than two weeks, which considering they even had to wait for parts before repairing is a really good timeframe.

Great experience. They let me keep my laptop after ordering parts so I could use it while the part was on its way. Problem with headphone jack - they replaced the motherboard. Didn't have to give them password or access to my account or files - just non-admin visitor account. Latptop couriered free back to me in a few days after that. Had a few months of the warranty remaining.

Had an issue with my laptop. They replaced the motherboard but unfortunately the issue was still present (must be design flaw - not Tech Central's fault). However, i was now having speaker issues after the service! After opting for a refund, they needed to send the item to the ASUS distributor for a credit. I have now found out from the distributer that they had incorrectly replaced the motherboard which caused the additional speaker issue ! This does not give me confidence that the work performed was adequate so I'm glad I opted for the refund. Overall could have been a one off but just thought I would share. Only reason for 3 star instead of 1 was because of prompt communication via email during the process (even if the information wasn't useful!)

I had my laptop sent to Tech Central for warranty repairs and component upgrades over the past few months. I'm very pleased with their service as they are keen on completely fixing my gaming laptop. They have a friendly staff with very good communication. Updates throughout the process were given. They also asked for my feedback after the repairs / upgrades, which showcases the quality of service that they aim for. They will explain to you their findings in diagnosing your unit's problems - which components are found defective - and they will present you with the options when it comes to boosting your unit's performance. I will definitely avail their services in the unfortunate future event that my laptop does something weird again, haha. Thanks to Peter, Eileen and team!

Had an MSI GS65 repaired under warranty, motherboard replacement due to a broken headphone jack. Had it running for just over a week post-return with excellent results. Fantastic re-pasting and re-assembly, great temperatures.

My gaming laptop screen was damaged by a light drop. Quote for replacement was surprisingly reasonable and job well done the same day. No mucking around with try and error. Definitely know their stuff and cut to the root cause.

I have walked into the store and seen one of the customer is arguing about his laptop will takes time to repair. the lady at the reception is pretty cool to solve the problem with the customer although the angry customer is angry at her. And there are few customer in front of me on queue for service. The customer in front of me was a blind lady. I can't believed that the receptionist able to solve the problem straight away it might be an inconvenience for a blind customer to come so far away again to get her laptop repair.
I was introduced by few of my friends to come and repair my laptop. As a customer, surely i will read the review from the web as i'm looking for a stable company to look after to repair/set up my company system. But i heard lots of good comment verbally but mostly here are bad comments has stated. Therefore, instead of reading the reviews and listen to others i rather experienced it by myself with taking a risk.
I came to them, i repaired my old laptop from them. Not only once but many times. HONESTLY, I AM VERY HIGHLY RECOMMEND EVERYONE TO COME TO TECHCENTRAL LTD. Firstly, they are very caring about their customer. They are trying their best to fulfill the needs of customer. Everyone is urgently needs their laptop for sure as this is technology generation. But, for the repair, we should understand that they are not only serving one customer but from what i know, they are servicing lots of brand and contracted with lots of store. They even providing some option for me to choose which is very considerate that i never thought about it before. Also, surprisingly they are helping me to save money. I love my laptop very much, I want to repair my broken screen which is much more expensive than buying a new one. Can you imagine, they doesn't even want to earn my money but advising me to get a new laptop instead. Secondly, the customer service and the team are really knowledgeable which they are not just SIMPLY advising the solution but they explain and communicate with you. From my experienced, they are trying their best but the customer (from what i have met at the fist time i walked into the store) customer unwilling to listen and want the store to do what the customer required. But, in common sense, the repairer is doing what they have to do to help the customer. Even though you are engineer, you are a good in repairing. I have a question, why don't you just repairing by yourself but providing the bad review at their page? They are not GOD, they couldn't repair your laptop in one second or within a week which is unfair for them. Imagine, you are the repairer and your customer is providing you with some ridiculous request. What will you do? The customer who shout at the receptionist saying that "you never told me the data backup will cost $100 and its really funny that it is not cover under warranty" I was laughing inside my heart. I was wondering, did you read the WARRANTY POLICY before you come to them? It is really funny that you didn't follow the policy and question them about the things that its clearly state on the black and white. Damply slapping your own face by yourself to show your stupid side.
People always providing the bad reviews to express their emotions cause others didn't fulfill the needs that you are required. But put yourself into their shoes. As i have mentioned it early, they are not servicing you ONLY. They are just the repairer who has other policy to follow and trying there best to help their customers.
Now, I have decided to give this opportunities to Techcentral LTD to look after my company's electronics system. I love the company who is honest instead of promised in front of you and do different things behind and providing heaps of excuses to explain later.

I brought my ASUS high-end PowerBook (desktop-replacement computer; AlienWare, Republic of Gamers) which had suffered a substantial water-damage to TechCentral. As little as about a week later they had already carried out the necessary repairs motherboard and replaced the screen cover - all of this for a really fair price. Impeccable job, TechCentral. One happy customer!
